Zach was friendly, efficient and the cost seemed fair. He diagnosed and fixed our problem within an hour and we had heat again . Their communication system with appt reminders, ETA, and billing was easy and efficient. I would highly recommend!

My heater went out in my Monterey home on Monday morning. I called All Seasons and they had a repair tech, Manny, there that afternoon. He had to order parts and they came on Wed. A few more parts were needed and by Thurs., they had solved the problem 100%. My tenant tells me they were very professional, courteous, and on time, and the heater works great now. Manny also updated me with a phone call and texted me photos, so I have to agree. The price was reasonable price, too, and I will be sure to highly recommend them to anyone...thank you!!!
I now know why All Seasons Heating and Cooling has FIVE STAR RATINGS. I called them on Tues 1/5/2016 and left a message for them to call me back. Got a call back a short time later and set up an appointment for Thursday 1/7/2016 between 3 and 5 PM. Zach called on Thursday at around 3:35PM to let me know that he is about 5 minutes away. He arrives and I explain the problem we're having with the heater. He checks and finds that the pilot light was out and the old programmable thermostat was in need of replacement. I had just bought a new thermostat four days ago because I knew that it was going bad. So he relights the pilot light and shows us how to relight it if it happens to go out again and then installs my newly purchased thermostat. Problem solved. I have been told by other companies in the past that the heater needed a major cleaning service all the way to your heater will need to be replaced. I am FIVE STAR SATISFIED!! Thank you Zach for your great and honest service.
