AC went out on holiday weekend with triple digits predicted. Called and they came to our rescue. I can't thank them enough. Very nice young man, quick to respond and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I would higly recommend DE Air and will go to them for all my AC needs.
The service technician did an outstanding job on short notice. He was friendly, highly professional, cleaned everything up afterward that needed to be cleaned up, and addressed the issue. I can't say enough good things.
These folks are genuine experts to keep my old system in rop running condition. I highly recommend!!

Torn about the issue at hand.... I hired this company to service my A/C unit several months ago and the tech did some incorrect wiring and the unit did not work when he left and my renter went to use the unit, it was blowing HOT air into the home?! He came out again and fixed the issue however about a week later the motor went out... 900$ later the unit was working again however my tenant just called and its now not working?; 2/3 months later? I know mis-wiring can F#$% things up and I'm hoping it was just a bad motor they received and installed?!?!
I found the receptionist very helpful and truthful. The field worker knew what was going on with our system and fixed it quickly.
I called on a Friday afternoon in July during the busy season and they came Saturday morning. Great service the technician Forest was super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t say enough! These guys are great I would recommend them to anyone.
Allowed me to purchase a 7000.00 HVAC unit for my rental knowing that ductwork was faulty. Wanted to charge another 7000.00 to replace ductwork. When asked if they could give me a discount since I had purchased 2 HVAC units within 2 years (1 for primary house, 1 for rental) and since they did an inspection of rental and said everything was in good condition, then sold me a HVAC unit and then six months later said ductwork was faulty. They offered to reduce price by 1000.00. What they need to do is but back their HVAC unit that is useless without new ductwork that I can't afford.
After THREE service calls with another company in town to fix the office a/c and not getting the problem fixed, I called DeAir. Matt was professional, courteous, knowledgeable AND he fixed it right the first time! I cannot give more than 5 stars but if I could I would. By far the best customer service in town and the most reasonably priced. Thank you DeAir!
DE Air was recommended to me by coworkers. Technician was polite, listened to my problem, set to work and had it solved within an hour. Price was in line with two other quotes I had received. I would definitely used again.
This company is hands down the best with the most reasonable prices. Matt and Darrel (Darius) are the best. They installed a mini split and took out a furnaces. They made the experience fun and they are extremely professional. They really seem to know the business. Glad we hired this company! I highly recommend them.

Very good , they installed our new ac . In and done in one day . I got 4 quotes and the beat them all with quality and price .
I was very impressed with De Air Company. They figured out the problem immediately and had it fixed in a week after having to order parts. I didnt break the bank either. I wont use anyone else.
Our AC went out on a Friday and De Air was able to come out Saturday morning by 8am and fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Very nice, professional, and saved us from suffering the heat wave!
