They said they had to order a piece to fix my air conditioner. I’ve tried now for almost a year to make an appointment. They never answer their phones or return phone calls. Even my landlord has tried reaching out to them on several occasions with no luck. That’s extremely unprofessional.
The team at Absolutely Heating and Air are professional, efficient, experienced, and friendly. I purchase a maintenance agreement with them each year, which gives me peace of mind that my furnace and air conditioner are in good working order. Sometimes surprises are nice in life, but not when it comes to your heating and a/c units!
Had NO HEAT coming from furnace. Called then very early AM, was scheduled promptly. John actually arrived a bit early. Good thing, house was getting to 60 degrees and wife needs heat. Problem solved and a new part installed for one wearingout. Professional and affordable

Called at the end of the day, Heidi answered the phone. She was polite, professional and prompt. John went out to our property and fixed the ac unit and the price was very reasonable. John called me and told me about the issues and the total cost. Will use Absolute Heating and Air Inc again for any AC issues.
Great will use them from now on professionals, timely, efficient use of time, reasonable prices, very nice, polite and very neat and left my home as were never there! I have a new hvac service do yourselves a favor and call them when needed
I had them come out to my place and install a new valve assembly on my old natural gas heater. They did a great job. The guy who came out had a very likable personality. The office did good communication with me when they would come out, and their prices are very, very reasonable. I was recommended them by my pastor in Capay, and I definitely recommend them to anyone.
We just had a new unit installed by Absolute Heating & Air and they did an outstanding job at a fair price. No headaches or hassles, just kick a** service in a timely manner. I highly recommend Absolute for your heating and ac needs!
The team at absolute are amazing from getting estimate to installing units very efficient, they answered all our questions and so helpful. They went above and beyond meeting our needs. We got 3 separate quotes and absolute was the best and better quality components.
John was able to revive a unit that should be long gone. Bought us some more time. We will definitely be going with Absolute when we replace our unit.
