Beyond grateful for Will Martin and his family! Truly helped us out as soon as the heat started when our unit went out. If you want exceptional quility & above and beyond service then Will is your man! He worked hard and long days to get us up and running and I am truly thankful as my girls will not be suffering during summer vacation. Our home needed new air conditioning and heating systems updated . We have 2 units in our home . They were very old and outdated . Will came out and serviced our old units several times and helped us keep them running until we could purchase the new ones . It was challenging to budget for 2 separate units at once . But Will and family helped us out tremendously and worked with our budget to get us 2 new awesome units! They came and took out the old ones and installed not one but 2 new units in one day! It was a lot of work but they came and did an awesome job ! They were professional and their work was so neat and clean ! We were so impressed! I would recommend this company to anyone that wants professional and quality work in their home or business!
Mr. Will from Martin Family HVAC Inc provided a first-class professional service. He arrived on time, took the time to understand the HVAC issue I was facing, and provided a fair and speedy resolution. We were having issues with the "DIY" type mini split installation and almost all the local HVAC companies refused to troubleshoot the system since they "service" only those systems that were installed by them. This was not the case with the Martin Family HVAC. I have the most positive experience working with this company and I, without any hesitation, recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC servicing/installation.

Martin family HVAC did everything they said they were going to do in the time limits they gave us. They showed up on time and were very professional. Employees were polite and well mannered and clean and respectful of others. They laid drop cloths down on the carpet and walkway. They did not leave a mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how to use the unit. Explain everything that they did in detail and showed me everything as well. If you are looking for someone to service your equipment or buy new equipment STOP YOU FOUND THE RIGHT COMPANY !!!! I suggest very heavily that you give them a call and ask for Will.

Will was very professional and prompt. I bought my house with a broken furnace for over two years. I learned that that was way too long to deal with a broken heater. Will was able to get the issue dealt with the first time, but then the heater stopped working again. Will came back and found the issue and fixed it immediately without charging it since it was missed the first time. The cost to repair it the first time is fair, and I appreciate Will's hard work and dedication to customer service to make sure that the furnace was fixed. Will is also honest which can be hard to come by these days. When you get Martin Family HVAC, you are getting quality customer service. Don't wait 2 years like I did!
We were having problems with a very old AC unit. Will came out right away and fixed our problem. We had him come back to upgrade with a new unit and were very pleased. The job was completed in 1 day. Clean up and installation was spot on. We will be having him come back for new vents before next summer.
Attention to detail is this company's forte. I had my heater repaired by this company and they were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly. I had my heater repaired after the previous company my insurance sent out did a horrible job for me. I will recommend this company to my friends and family. Thanks Martin Family HVAC!
Yesterday I found out that my heater would not start. I quickly called Martin Family HVAC and Will promptly came over today. He was on time, very efficient, and the price was very affordable. He fixed my heater and everything is working great!
I was having issues with my existing 16 year old unit, which was leaking water. I kinda new it was on its last leg and would eventually need to be replaced. I called and talked to Will. He came out the same day and from the very start, I felt he was a straight shooter. He advised me of my options, either triage my existing unit and hope for the best, or look at replacement. I felt he was very candid and honest and based on previous reviews, I sensed I could really trust him. I pulled the trigger and just over a week later my new unit was installed. Will and his wife Cindy followed through and did everything they said they would. The showed up on time, were very clean, and extremely courteous. It's hard to find people in this industry you can trust. I would absolutely recommend Martin Family HVAC! They were not the cheapest, but I felt the value of the system I got was well worth it. Will even put in a second return in our master bedroom to improve the air circulation. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. I will call Will for any future HVAC need!

Great service with professional attitude, let's you know what when wrong and what they did to fix it so you know not just leave you out of the loop like some other HVAC repair companies. Definitely recommend 10/10

Called Martin Family HVAC for a repair they are very professional on time had to go pick up a specialty part for me. They did a great job they will be my go to for all my AC and Heating needs
I have reviewed them earlier this and I still stand by that review and this week has been one day after another with issues. We finally came to the conclusion that our outdoor unit needed to be replaced. Martin family HVAC acted quickly and we had a new unit install in 24 hours. Very professional and will not put their name on it until it is perfect. Hands down the best experience and I without a single doubt recommend this family own HVAC company to any and all in need of assistance when it comes to HVAC.
