Mario was great!!! He was able to come out quickly and figured out what was wrong right away. It was repaired as soon as the part came in and Mario followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was still working well. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a repair!!!

Fantastic service. Called Saturday 6/5/21 with problem of LG washer not draining. Repairman arrived Sunday 6/6/21 with replacement part and replaced drain pump. Excellent. Very friendly.
Our dryer went out this morning while in use, so we needed someone to come tell us today whether or not we should fix or replace. Mario was a pleasure to work with. He was 99% sure of the problem just from explaining over the phone, and we setup a time with him. He arrived when expected and was able to diagnose that it was what he expected quickly. He was very professional, and got us up and running right away at a very fair price. We will use him again when we have another appliance needing repair.

Had a broken refrigerator water filter, he was very professional, polite and walked us through what he was going to be working on. Completed the job quickly and we are very pleased with the work.
Very fortunate that Mario is located in Mountain House. He quickly responded to our call and repaired our dishwasher on the same day and on a Sunday!
We hired this guy paid 250 And we still have same problem and he is not cooperating and i suggest not to hire this guy for your heating problem. We are going to report this guy to state and Tracy city make sur he has lic and knows what he is doing. Worst case we will contact state department to verify this person lic . Unprofessional not reliable business. Don't recommend this person I have been asking this guy for lic and insurnace before working in my appliances he is not cooperating
Mario was able to quickly help us identify and fix the Condensate drain issue with my heating Furnace at my place. He responded very promptly to my request while other HVAC guys have not even returned my calls yet. He definitely knows his stuff and I highly recommend him.

If u want to get ripped off this is the guy for you. Will change extra stuff that is not even bad to make extra money. Please be Careful call some big name they will charge to come to your home. But will only change that things need repair.

Our LG freezer was making noise. Called Mario and he ordered the parts to get it back to normal working conditions. Would not buy LG again but will use Mario again for future repairs.

Holiday weekend and your dryer goes out on a Sunday, no problem Mario to the rescue! Our gas dryer went down and we we're in desperate need of getting it fixed. We contacted Mario at MD Home Services, sent him a text with our model number and problem, and he was here in a couple of hours to fix our problem. Mario was very thorough in explaining what our issue was and fixed it. Efficient, reasonable prices(considering it was Memorial Day weekend and a Sunday), and great customer service!
