We got 4 bids, and decided to go with Pacific Heating for our new HVAC system. The bid from Pacific Heating was with great details so we could select the system that met our needs. It was the best decision since our system was on right before the heat wave last summer. Our bill was actually much lower than expected this winter. We love working with Richard and his team. The Mitsubishi electric heat pump is a much better way to heat and cool your home Give Pacific Heating a call, you will be so happy you did.
They inspected and improved our home furnace unit. Improved heating by 20%. Tech was great to have over, helpful, answered questions, and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company and tech!

The HVAC system I wanted was very complicated and high end. Rich the owner came quickly to bid the job and installation timing was as described. Two other local HVAC companies came and looked at the job and never even offered a bid. As said, this was a complicated install and needed real professionals with experience. At one point we had five technicians here. The system is great and performs beyond my expectations. Now beware, these guys are not cheap but as my Dad said - "You get what you pay for" Pat V

Pacific Heating and Sheet Metal installed a mini split in my Living room and I’m so happy with the product and and quality of work done. James was very clean and orderly with his work, when he left there was no mess and he spent extra time showing me all the settings and how to operate it. Overall it was a great experience!
I hired Pacific Heating and Sheet Metal to change out my old furnace and the whole experience was great and easy. James and another one of the employees came out and were super friendly and professional. They did an awesome job. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs.
