Installation was without issues. Technical difficulties were immediately fixed. The technicians appeared to be highly skilled, pleasant, and knowledgable about their product. 10 out of 10! This business has my unequivocal recommendation.
When I moved into my new home, they changed the AC and furnace for the second time, and you can guess why I hired them again—they really do an excellent job. They are quite competent.

My encounter was successful. Although I was surprised to find that I might soon need a new air conditioning system, the technician did an excellent job of outlining my options. He did a terrific job repairing my old AC such that it could give adequate cooling while being polite and showing his excellent knowledge. My Rom's Heating & AC Repair worker was highly competent and professional. He examined our two rooftop air conditioners. He documented each device's readings on pictures and explained what they meant thereafter. He was able to clean the evaporator coils while he was here because they were unclean. He snapped pictures of each coil both before and after. Before beginning any job, he provided options and costs. My technician from Rom’s Heating & AC Repair was very professional and efficient. He checked both of our AC units on the roof. He took photos of each unit and the readings of how they were working then explained what they meant. The evaporator coils were dirty and he was able to clean them while he was here. He took before and after photos of each coil. He explained options and cost before doing any work. We are still needing to get our second unit checked. They were very knowledgeable about what they were finding and what it took to fix the problem is trying to help us decide how much we want to fix or whether we should replace units. He set up for someone to come out tomorrow and give us some quotes on units. By the way how units are working. This was not an emergency call. I had to read some very good reviews on them and a high rating with Google. I called to get someone to come out and give us an idea of the status of the units. This was kind of a second opinion.
