Ran into an issue during a freezing Thanksgiving week with a newborn that our HVAC completely failed. Having never replaced an HVAC system, I knew we were in trouble with how costly and on top of that what the lead time could potentially be. My wife was able to get in touch with Justin and needless to say - he was an absolute blessing to show up. Not only was he friendly, professional and knowledgeable - we had a very unique situation that he was able to navigate around. Of course our concern was getting this done in a timely manner but Justin went above and beyond with his communication, installation and details in making this normally daunting situation as easy as possible. Moving forward I will ALWAYS call R&S Heating and Sheet Metal with any issues that they can assist with. If you are looking for the best in the area, R&S heating is it. I cant thank Justin and his crew enough for the explanation on his quotes along with the options. You wont go wrong going with R&S!

Top of the line expertise, professionalism and the best possible customer service there is. The kind you don’t find any more. They did a great job installing my Nest Thermostat - clearly experienced - and a few years later came as a favor in 15 minutes, at the end of their long, busy, cold holiday weekend, to bail me out of an unexpected furnace problem. My contractor recommended Rich Russo, the owner of R & S Heating and Sheet Metal. My house in Del Rey Oaks was built in the early 1950s with a heater but with no air conditioning, so Rich came out and provided me with an estimate for an entirely new system. The work was done in a timely manner and the new system works to perfection. The state-of-the-art Google Nest thermostat is pretty cool too - I can control it remotely with my smartphone. I am very happy with my new improved system and I highly recommend the services of R & S Heating and Sheet Metal.

The R&S team solved an I issue was having for the past two years, which was an extremely loud return air blower. Now, it's pretty much silent! I'm very happy and satisfied with their work. They were on time, friendly, organized, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their services.

R&S is truly the best!! I recently moved into a house to discover that the duct work of the HVAC system was thrashed. R&S came out in a timely fashion, they gave me an estimate, removed the old duct work and installed new duct work that was way more efficient and appropriate for the structure. In one afternoon, between Isaiah, Dave and Dimas with a few registers delivered by Rex, they had it all taken care of.They did it in a timely fashion and affordably as well. Everyone in the company, from the office to the field were friendly, capable, professional and well-versed. I love this family-owned and operated business, they are fantastic and highly recommended!!!
