My AC shut down when it was 104 degrees. It was the worst. My home warranty company sent my job order to this company. They came out the next day. The guy was super nice and professional. I paid him $85 with a check and it should have been $80. He called me the following day and let me know I overpaid by $5 and if he could drop it off. I thanked him for his honesty and told him I'm just happy my AC is working and to keep it. I could have saved myself $85 by just changing the filter... go figure!! Check your filter before putting in a service call.
Trustworthy and goes the extramile!
I called our home warranty about our AC being within 8-14 degrees hotter than thermostat & they said they would be contacting me. I hung up & looked at reviews which were good. Within 25 minutes he called & said I’ll be there within 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe how fast he came out; replaced part that was defective & had it up & running within probably 40 minutes! Definitely recommend them for your AC & heating
I did not get to experience anything with this particular person because he never bothered to even call me back
I thought it was awesome, they got the call a little after 8am and had me up and running before noon. Awesome and so appreciate it especially since I can get sick in heat. So Thank you.

Had issues with my A/C and Williams Heat and Air was assigned to me by my warranty company. He called right away after I got off the phone with my warranty company and showed up the next morning. Fixed the problem within 20 minutes and double checked everything to make sure nothing else was wrong. Great company and very efficient.
Had some problems with my AC unit in my new to me house, and the gentleman from Williams came out on time as scheduled and was extremely courteous professional and thorough and now I know who my heating and AC people are from now on!!! Thank you Williams Heat & Air!!!

Sure everybody hates when they're heating and air goes out usually the prices are outrageous but with these guys you don't have to worry about that their prices are fair and if you want honesty along with great work there the people to go to and that's more than a warranty
