Honey's Air & Solar is a great place to do business with. Over the past few years I have purchased a heater/ac unit, a water heater, and a whole house fan. The prices were reasonable and the installers were great. Today's service tech, Patricia, came to do the annual checkup on the ac unit. She was very clean, polite, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and told me what she was doing. All in all a great job.
Honey’s Air is wonderful! I’ve had my unit for more than a year and it has cut my electrical bill in half and the heat and ac unit it high performing. I’m very happy with the equipment, the customer support as well as the very personable technicians. A technician just left for a service call and he was great
Frank, the Honey technician, did an awesome job and had outstanding customer service. He was very polite, professional and ensured we were happy with the job. I’m very pleased with his repairs on a leak in my air conditioner duct and they were above and beyond what my expectations were. I will recommend Honey’s to all my family and friends. Thank you!

I use Honey on a rental property for the AC unit maintenance. Their techs are on time, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. They know these AC systems very well. They'll call before getting there, and they also send a trackable link to when the tech is on his way. Their office also is very friendly & responsive. One time I missed calling them back for a maintenance job (and my membership expired). I called them back a few days later and they still honored the visit. Their tech Paden B came and maintained the main system, and promptly fixed another AC unit that wasn't running when I requested his diagnostic. Subsequently I signed back up the membership again because I'm super happy about the service. They are what we call a pro's pro.
I want to check all of the choices. Honey's service technicians are always professional, responsive, and on time. They keep me informed of everything they are doing regarding my HVAC system.
Jose is a very nice and competent technician. He was respectful of my space and made sure before he left, I had all questions answered. He helped me get my online thermostat up and running which had been a snafu for me for a long time. Thanks Jose!
Our AC was struggling and Kyle, our technician was here early, tested, snd got us chillin again in short order. Helpful, responsive snd efficient. What more could you want?
My system check up with Nicolas of Honey’s Air was smooth and efficient. He confirmed the status a known situation(part had been ordered) and caught new damage which was repaired on the spot. I enjoyed the professionalism of Honey’s Air and their solution in a month’s time.
We needed a new HVAC system & went through the Costco program for a Lennox system. Costco contracts these jobs out to Honey's Air & Solar for this region & that is how we ended up using them. The whole process was smoother than I anticipated because I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never replaced an entire system before. I'm the type of person who has a million questions when doing something this big for the first time & Nicole was our contact at the office. She was so supportive and professional during the multiple phone calls I made at the different stages. Anytime she didn't know an answer she would find out what I needed to know and got back to me within an hour or less, usually less. Our sales consultant, James, was knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need nor pressure us in any direction at all. He presented our options and told us the pros & cons of each option & allowed us to talk it through. I'm the type of person that if I'm pressured I'll just walk away. It was refreshing to not be pressured at all! When I had questions that came up after the consultation while waiting for our installation date, James made himself available by phone & text. He was also instrumental in getting our installation date to happen just in time for this 4th of July heatwave because we didn't have a working a/c system. Our installation team was Haini, Nathan, and Peter. These guys were so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working! As the day progressed & I saw how many moving parts there were to an entire system installation & the coordination required to do it I was in awe of how well this team worked together. They worked hard to get our system installed & running in one day. They also cleaned up so perfectly that there was no evidence they'd been there except for a new running system. Is Honey's the cheapest way to go? Probably not. This did cost us more than we originally thought it would but I also think it's worth paying for
Paden showed up on time and with a positive attitude. He was very friendly and professional and got right to work. I'm always embarrassed to show my home, since it has been under construction and looks hideous. I appreciate how he pretended not to notice and was non-judgemental. I will definitely use Honey-s services again!

I had a very positive experience with Honeys Air. My comfort advisor Dennis and all the install techs were very courteous and respectful during the whole process , answering questions and explaining things as we progressed. I love my new unit!
I am so delighted with the heat pump system installed by Honey's Air!! These are true professionals who know exactly what they are doing. They installed a superior system including the addition of an extra hot air return duct that made a gigantic positive difference in the air flow in my home. I cannot sing their praises enough!! Austin, Kyle and Arturo totally rocked this complex 3 day installation of an entire home's new HVAC system. Honey's Air was the best choice. I interviewed 3 different companies. I am more than pleased with their work, their polite team who respected my home, with carpeting runners to protect my carpets from any residual dirt that removing the old system might generate.
