Always professional & quick to provide a technician. Have used Hometown Heating Air for the last 2 years for all of my clients and rental properties.
We had an ac unit that was down in the peak of a heat wave so this became a critical situation for us. They were very quick to squeeze us in and had their technician Tony come. He was so attentive, patient, thorough, and fast! I could not recommend this company and Tony enough. Great job amazing service fixed the problem efficiently and its cold again! I was in desperate need for my commercial space and Hometown not only helped me out but Ryan was honest and didn’t take advantage of my situation. In the midst of my project, I had a home issue which they were able to handle short notice as well. I truly appreciate the understanding of my timeline and going the extra mile to make sure it’s met. These guys are awesome. They are incredibly easy to work with and transparent. They also take very good notes of their work and were able to help me on a follow up call free of charge. Definitely recommend.

I am very thankful to have found Hometown to help me with my Evaporative water cooler which is on my roof . Jill scheduled an appointment for me and Ryan was able to quickly diagnose the problems and fix them without replacing any parts . Hometown was excellent from start to finish. Got me an appointment right away and showed up on time. Communication was easy and helpful. Very happy with the value for the work done and very happy with the quality. Very considerate service and he made sure to take care of my home. Will definitely use for routine maintenance and repairs again. Originally called them bc I screwed up and left the winter cover on my outdoor ac unit. Turned the system on and it quit working. I called them last night. Got a human on the line right away. Efficient and polite customer service. Fit me in the following day. Got everything fixed without having to wait. He had everything needed with him on the van. I appreciated him taking the time to explain how it all works and everything he was doing. Learned a lot! Super nice about everything. Understood I was stressed about it all and was very reassuring. Will continue to use Hometown in the future with no question. They have a regular service plan to keep on top of the heating and ac so I don’t have to worry about it or find someone to schedule when I actually remember to have the maintenance done. Again, price is reasonable and they do quality work. 👍

They cleaned the unit, replaced the filter. He was so nice. I got a call the morning of the appointment and he told me when he was leaving Modesto and driving to Jamestown. He was on time, checked my unit. Vacuumed everything. Most of all he was professional, on time, and never rushed me and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend Hometown Heating & Air.
