"supplier/wholesaler" doesn't sell to the public. Went on Amazon and got the correct capacitor for $12.45, next day shipping.

I'm an HVAC contractor and got burned by this supplier. I was carrying the Gree product line and had a customer ask if floor mounts where wifi capable. I forwarded their question to heating and cooling supply. They responded with yes it is and I simply forwarded that response back to the customer. Customer signed contract and we proceeded with job. Once everything was installed we found out floor mount was not compatible with wifi and customer was livid. Rightfully so. Heating and cooling supply left me hanging with no solution. I had to take out equipment and replaced it with Mitsubishi while eating all the install costs. Heating and cooling told me I could bring back equipment, but next day when I showed up I was told no they cant accept installed equipment and that the person who told me I could return it didnt have the authority to do so. Since then I ditched Gree and moved on to Mitsubishi, I still have the equipment from that job sitting in my shop. About 4k+ worth of equipment as well as all the lost labor and mItsubishi equipment that cost me more then gree. Heating and cooling supply straight burned me. For such a small amount when I've already purchased close to 300k in equipment from another supplier this year it's hard for me to understand their logic. All I can say is of they will do this for such a small amount I would certainly advise anybody thinking about doing business with them to watch out. And maybe think of going elsewhere as their loyalties are not with the consumer. Sadly, they have lost far more from me taking my business elsewhere and the potential to loose a lot more from reviews like this. I should add they where willing to take it back, then have me buy all my supplies from them and they would "discount" those supplies. Problem is they dont carry much of what I need and their "discounted" prices are higher then what i get it for elsewhere. What sense does that make?
