Great communication, friendly technician
This will the 2nd time I've tried to get a hold of Jesse to schedule an appointment for my a/c. Last year when I called, he never got back to me so I had to hire another company to go out.
Of course....our HVAC unit went out during this recent cold snap. Called H&H, they arrived on time and determined we needed a new unit, (old one is 30 years old). Jesse did the install and his quality of work was excellent. Work was very efficient and clean. Tony even came by to drop off loaner space heaters to use till they were finished....we were freezing ! If you need HVAC service, do yourself a favor and make H & H your first call. Great guys to do business with. I highly recommend them.

After initial call, one week text messages, but no service, no repair person.
I called late Friday afternoon, Labor Day Weekend. They came out Saturday morning, fixed my AC. They were the only company that would. Very nice guys. Thank you.
Did a good job repairing original installation shoddy work 3 years ago. I've been trying to get appointment to service system for weeks with no success. As of 6/22 voicemail for number is full. Moving on.
Great family ran business! Prompt service and professional staff. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
