Dave dycus gave us multiple choices for our total hvac replacement he was very knowledgeable and honest after alot of estimates he was the best on prices also the installation team was awesome all of them was knowledgeable and respectful and fast I would recommend dycus air conditioning and heating any day you won't be disappointed they are great

The installation crew did a great job! They were all hard working, courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful of our property. Making sure to leave things the way they found things if not better.
DYCUS HEATING AND AIR installed a replacement HVAC system on our home in San Ramon in mid December 2022. Their price was competitive and most importantly their staff impressed me for their friendliness and helpfulness. By staff I include their installation team led by George and their office team; especially Britanny who was so patient with me while we awaited the HERS report needed to get the final city inspection. The inspection was passed on the first visit by the inspector. The heating system works great according to our tenants there. I definitely would consider using them again!

The technician had great customer service and clearly explained his troubleshooting process and repair recommendations. He went beyond expectations to fix the heater in a manner that the issue would not reoccur.
Our heating expert, Doug, contacted us within the hour to help us troubleshoot our heating problem. Unfortunately, the problem was something he needed to come in to address. His communication and workmanship was outstanding. I’m keeping Dycus Heating and Air in my contacts from now on.
The lady in the office refused to let me speak with the tech who had come to my house or speak with the owner . After calling her and visiting the office 3 times for a month and a half , I hired another company to assist me with my warranty claim on my a/c unit. The tech was professional, but the office ladies refused to assist me in getting the simple form filled out and signed.
Justin was our service technician not only was he very professional he took time to look at all the components to get to the problem then he explained what he was going to do to get the unit up and running we couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided.
Saturday morning my ac unit was making a noise and the fan was not spinning. I call them and they came out that afternoon. Doug gave great service and advice. Strongly recommend this company. Great price and great service. Made my family happy.
Very efficient and reliable people, they fix my a/c the same day I call, Felipe the technician was very knowledgeable about the systems he found the problem within minutes after he arrived to my house, also was very puntual, the window that they give me was from 2-5 Felipe arrived at 2:05 pm and it was done before 3 pm I was very impressed by how he was able to fix it very quickly. Thank you very much guys definitely recommend it to all.

Staff is knowledgeable and takes the time/effort to go beyond the routine task. I would highly recommend Dycus. They have installed a new system and replaced dryer vent for us over the last two years.
