Missed service appointment window and didn’t make any effort to communicate they’d be late. Tried to call but the entire office takes lunch as a group so you get to wait even longer for a response. What a joke.
Just called to get a ball park figure for a replacement motor, as I know what is wrong. ,I was just trying to get an idea, they told me NO they have to charge 59$ for an estimate. Ok nevermind.

The owner Derek and his senior tech Richard were very helpful. They had great communication and did the job right. I highly recommend them. They also offered us the best price for a new Heating and AC unit. Our tenants love their new unit and it is also has smart energy capabilities. We love the unit and are super grateful to have a company like Derek's working with us especially with all the prices going up on everything. They have the best prices! We had Richard come in Monday to inspect and they had the unit ready to install on Wednesday!
Excellent service from start to finish. Jeff handled the initial consultation and the workers who did the install were professional, efficient, ahead of schedule, completing the entire job in less than 5 hours. We had a roof mounted 3 ton Bosch heat pump HVAC installed and are thrilled at the results. THANK YOU!!
They installed a new HVAC unit and service was excellent then, had a problem with leaking through the ceiling recently and they were professionals about everything came in to fix the issue with the HVAC and redo the ceiling, the texturing, replaced the wet insulation and paint..thank you.
Richard Samkas, the senior service tech that came out from Sawyers today to perform our AV tune up was very helpful. He was able to answer any questions I have and great customer service.
I posted a review 12 days ago and it is no longer showing but the photos are posted. ??? When I have some time I will repost regarding the unit Sawyers installed in Jan 2022 and the 1st warranty service that was done in April 2023.

In the past when they have serviced both my heating and AC unit, filters were replaced and the HEPA filtration system was cleaned. Today the service person showed up late by 30 minutes, never replaced the 2 cold air return filters and never cleaned the HEPA filter system. Save your money and find some company that does a better professional job. In and out in less than 30 minutes. In the past the service person spent over an hour doing what he was suppose to do, but not this time....

We are happy that Richard came out today to service our AC to get us ready for the hot summer months ahead. Senior service technician Richard Samkas came out today and performed our annual AC tube up! Richard very professional, explained everything so we could understand very well! Richard was awesome, excellent, and a top notch senior service technician. We was very excited to have Richard here in our home he wore his floor savers on our feet to protect our floors. Richard Samkas gave stellar recommendations and options, Richard was not pushy with outrageous sales tactics, Richard took the time and performed a spectacular AC tune up! We would highly recommend Richard Samkas to friends and family or whoever is in need of an over the top very professional AC tune up!

The AC repair call with Richie and Tim was a great experience. They arrived on time, were friendly, and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC unit. I appreciated their professionalism and would recommend them to others in need of their services.
Technician arived early so we changed our plans for the day because of that. We watched as he removed panel, he wiggled a wire and said he found a loose wire. Turned on furnace and it worked. Through this diagnostic he said if it stops working to call him back and gave his personal number.Heater wouldn't fire up an hour laterso we called his number. He said to unplug and then plug back in and it still didnt work. Now we ( myself and my 77yr. Old mother) were in the cold all night and decided to caaall different company. By the way they refused to refund the 59.00 diagnosis fee. New company arived for a diagnosis, found water built up in lines that were shutting the heater down and he went through a tune up and more troubleshooting. Come to find out he narrowed the issue down to a board to order and arived later that day to fix the heater. Now we are on a regular maintenance program with the new co. That knows their work. Worst thing about all this is we went with this company because we trusted them to install our A/C unit last summer for about $7000.00. Why not do good business and refund the diagnostic fee?? Seems like a no brainer. WE THOUGHT WE COULD TRUST YOU BECAUSE WE USED YOU IN THE PAST!
My heater failed at 3am and it was 33 degrees outside. I called to have a tech come same day because I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old. The receptionist told me that I was pretty much s**t out of luck until the next day not giving a rip that little kids have no heat. But you know who did care? Honey's air and Solar. They were very understanding and professional and scheduled a tech same day.
Ro came to our house to give us a quote and he was professional and honest. We’ve had some poor experiences in the past with other AC companies so this was such a pleasant surprise. He gave us a price lower than others while still offering all of the 10 year warranty security. The crew came the very next day to install and they were on time and even finished an hour and a half earlier than predicted. I have no complaints and recommend Sawyers to anyone needing a new HVAC system in the area.
