Install of new super efficient 2 stage heat pump. Start to finish Emily and Jose were fantastic! The crew was professional, on time and very hardworking. All of our questions were answered and addressed in a timely manner. We are very happy with both the system and the customer service. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Cool-Tech!!!
They answered all of my questions and concerns about the different types of systems, which helped me to make a good decision about what type of system I wanted. The installation process went quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done!

Ugh! My A/C went out in the middle of this crazy heat wave! I called Cool Tech, Emily was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with. She reassured me they would get my AC up and running ASAP. They put me on the schedule and the next day Jose came out. He walked me through what was going on and got my A/C up and running within the hour. He was professional- even wore his shoe covers inside my house without me having to ask! Prices were reasonable and did not cost me a arm and a leg. I definitely recommend!!
Cool-Tech was phenomenal to work with. Jose and his crew worked with our contractor through a home project we recently finished. They were very professional and the quality of the work put in has been great so far. They have always been very responsive in replying via phone, text, or email. Highly recommend this company.

Jose was great, he explained everything. I was able to buy a new older motor for my older unit, it cost me so much less than having to replace, which I couldn't do. It was installed by Jose 2 days later and he showed me how to set thermostat. Everything is working perfect🤗
Cool Tech installed an awesome small ac unit into my garage and i fraking love it. Makes the atrached garage legit living space. This isnt a window unit, its a legit outside floor unit. They did everything. From nothing there to seamless finish. I have them service my two units 2 times/year and I feel like they do a thorough job. They are family owned & operated. You talk to El Jefe every time you call. Great work, great price, great people. I don't always give 5 stars, but you have my word on this one.

Bought a new heat pump system and had full hvac install ground up. Jose did excellent work. He went above and beyond when he swapped out my 220 breaker switch for my dryer even though that had nothing to do with why he was there. Have used before and will use again if the need ever arises.
They came out very same day. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel they went above and beyond. So grateful for the quick response as my AC stopped and it was forecast to be over 100 all week.
Very happy with their service. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and honest. I called yesterday (labor day) and Mr. Jose answered and scheduled me in the very next day (today). He fixed the problem within 15 mins at most and left my AC running again. He also suggested to replace the vents so we can avoid further issues. I highly recommend their services.
My parents are in their mid 60s to 70s and their air conditioner stopped working and I didn’t know who to turn to I found Cool Tech on the web and read the reviews. I called and Emily was very pleasant to talk to I explained what happened and she understood what I needed. Emily called back and said her technician was in the area and could stop by for an inspection. Jose showed up and went right to work he explained that my parents needed a new unit but also didn’t force the issue which was greatly appreciated he climbed back on top of the roof and was able to fixed the A/C. The personal treatment and professionalism received was really welcoming and I am gladly rating 5 stars for the Great service we received.
We had armondo come and service our heater im new home we bought the heater wasn’t working he came in looked at it see the problem fixed it and also went over and beyond by checking all the carbon alarm the fire alarms and installing new ones for us that had expired he also checked my filter and explained everything to me the price was the best part their prices are unbeatable. Already booked another appointment for summer service on the ac. I would recommend them 10 times over
They installed a new a/c heater unit in our 30 year old home. The price was the best I could find. They were in and out in a day. No mess no problems. They come by every few months and change the filters and check the unit. Always right on time and pleasant. This is a major repair and I couldn’t be happier.
On two different occasions our AC unit went out. Jose came out the same day we called and was able to fix the unit both times on the same day of the call. He did a great job and unit is running well. I highly recommend cool-tech. Very happy with the service!
