Just witnessed one of these companies trucks purposely block a passenger vehicle front changing lanes almost causing a crash the truck then proceeded to brake check the small sedan down mchenry. Looks like the sedan got it on thier dash cam. Very aggressive company driver.

Recently I came home and found that my 7yr old HVAC system suddenly stopped working. (Installed by another company), The owner Chris responded right away and sent someone over that afternoon to take a quick look. They found the problem and said they would return the next day. They arrived as promised the next day and fixed the problem. They were professional, responsive, & affordable. As busy as everyones schedules are these days, I certainly thought it would be a few days. So I was surprised they came the same day and fixed it the next day... Last few days of the warm weather, so we were very thankful to day the least. Thanks ASAP Hearing and Air - awesome job!!!!! Definitely recommend be using them.

The owner is a reckless driver. Who backs up into incoming traffic, to make a u-turn? You are driving a truck with your company name, you'd think you would take more precautions.

Husband called for repair, Chris said MAYBE the next day, so since he said maybe I left town cuz it was too hot. He claimed he sent someone, but I was not there. He has blocked my calls. If he would have informed he sent someone, someone would have been there!! Poor poor customer service

These guys do a good job. We had them replace our heating system (including the vents throughout the crawl space). A few years later, we had them install AC. They seem to swarm the job to get it done quickly. Work seems to be done competently enough and at a reasonable cost. This is not to say that you don't need to monitor/understand what they are doing bc you do need to oversee things. For example, the AC drain line was routed poorly but they were very willing to fix it when I called them the next day. Also appreciated that they provided a quick quote. And the lead time to start of work was short.

These guys are very professional and they worked very hard to replace an old unit on Christmas Eve! We are so thankful for this company. Excellent service and they did top notch work. Inspector came and said they did a really good job. Less than 10% air loss thru vents and 15% passes. Thank you, ASAP!

Installed unit never would cool, electric bill went up from 300 to 400 a month to 1500 to 2400. Christ total us we needed a second unit. He kept sending installer out to see why didnt work. Chris never stood behind his work. Hired another company for second unit, second unit was not needed. Unit ASAP installed was wired wrong was heating and cooling at same time, 3 returns were open to attic and new hall return was half exposed to attic. He also had wrong thermostat hook up, unit was suppose to have a Pro programmable, not an on/off thermostat. His unit costed us 10000 plus 4000 for new ducts and over $20,000 in increased utilities. Wished we would have hired some else sooner

HORRIBLE SERVICE. AC broke on the first day of 100 degree weather. Not in anyway his fault, but after being told he would come by at 11 AM, he didn’t show up until 2:30 PM without any notice of delay. He replaced one part for 30 minutes, charged us $190, then right after he left it broke again. After stating that he would be “rushing back” we didn’t hear from him for another 2 hours until WE CALLED HIM, and then were told he would be here in an hour and a half. Never showed up. No phone call. After I called him back at almost 9 o’clock at night he says he will “rip up our check” that we gave him and he will come by our house at noon the next day. Again, he cancels and now he’s stating he will not be canceling our payment. Basically he’s a thief. When told we really needed him to come by, he says he has other jobs that were “just as important” and we should have gone to a bigger corporation. Worst service in my life, basically being robbed, with babies at home in 100 degree weather, this man has the audacity to say we shouldn’t have trusted him.

Curtis, of ASAP Heating and Cooling, is a customer service hero. We called because our heater wasn't working. They (the office and Curtis) were very responsive. Curtis came once, found a spider's nest blocking the system as well as a faulty valve. It looked like we'd have to wait possibly as much as a week until an order of said valve arrived. But Curtis called around and found our replacement valve. He returned the next day to install. Now, here comes the heroism. Our 5-pound paranoid toy poodle took it into his very small brain to make a ninja-like attack, nipping Curtis' leg! Fortunately, there is a limit to the strength of a 5-pound toy poodle's bite. And fortunately, Curtis was wearing jeans. Still, it was an unpleasant surprise. And Curtis didn't walk out. He politely and professionally finished fixing our heater. His bill is very reasonable. And we are warm for Thanksgiving festivities. He knows his stuff and the service doesn't get any better.
