I don’t even know where to start with this company they did not finish the job. The owner was completely unprofessional to my husband and I overcharged wanted cash so that he didn’t have to claim his money. He did not get a permit for the job And we had to pay another company to come in and finish what he left a mess DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Don't know about their AC work but if you're trying to merge onto the highway you can count on their vans speeding up to run you off the road 👍 Apparently they prefer tailgating the car in front of them over maintaining speed like a sane person. Have yall ever heard of zipper merge?
A plus customer service!!!! Jerry, Dylan and Malikai refused to leave my house until my brand new ac unit was working properly. They ran into a few issues but handled everything like true professionals. It was extremely hot but these guys worked right through the heat like nothing. I will only use this company moving forward. If I could give this company 15 stars I would. A Huge thank you to these guys, they saved our lives during this heat wave!! Forever grateful!!!!
Did repairs without authorization, and we’re not necessary and done incorrectly, then charged for the unauthorized and needless fix (not fixed) :( I would never use or recommend them. :( 👎🏻👎🏻

Straight Awesome and I feel good!! We had two companies come out told us we have to replace our unit. I did not have the money to do it. Called airemegency, and they repair the issue. This cost me $300. It's been over two weeks and the system is working better than usually. Thank you for saving us and having your team follow up with us. Its appreciated
AirMergency did a complete HVAC system for me along with zoning. The HVAC system that came with my home was not sufficient and would run all the time. I called Jaymon Jordan (owner of AirMergency) and he gave me my options that ranged in price (all fair and less than other quotes I had received). I went with the best option and he and his team had everything installed in 2 days. They were great to work with and have come back to adjust my system a few times at no charge! I couldn’t be happier with my new HVAC system and will continue to use AirMergency only for all my HVAC needs. Anytime anyone needs a HVAC referral, I send them AirMergency’s number and they always call me afterward to thank me for the referral.

We had no heat and we knew our system was the original from when our house was built over 43 years ago.. We called Airmergency for an estimate to replace system along with a few other estimates and was very pleased with the knowledge he shared and price. We had the system replaced yesterday and its an amazing feeling.. We should have done this long ago.. I would recommend Airmergency to anyone needing some heat or cooling.. Very Happy!

I called Airmergency when our AC stopped blowing cold air. The office staff gal was super friendly and scheduled me the following day. The service call fee was reasonably priced and the tech showed up within the 2 hour time frame she had given me. Tech told us the issue and quoted us the repair price on the spot. Our air was up and running in about 40 mins. Thanks Airmergency for the fast service in this heat, you saved us! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

I called Airmergency in a panic because our AC went out when it was 106° out! I have two small children and it was the peak of the heat, our house got to 90° in less than 30 mins :( When I called the office, the office gal was so nice and understanding, she sensed the urgency and she scheduled me right away, they came out a couple hours later! The owner came and explained everything to me, and what parts stopped working. He was able to fix the problem in about an hour, and he even stayed to wash and change all of our filters, check out the furnace and the Freon liquid levels. He turned it on and cold air immediately started coming out of my vents. I almost cried! I appreciate Airmergency so much. I will ALWAYS use them for all my AC or heat issues and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family! THANK YOUUUU!!!
Called and was able to get an apt to fix my air conditioner ASAP. I was given a clear explanation of what the issue was and was given options , pros and cons, I had to fix or replace the unit. Would recommend this company and will be calling for any future needs.
So happy i called Airmergency. They saved my furnace and gave me a lot of information on how to properly operate my heater. Jaymon came out with in 30 minutes and had me up and running in no time. Simply the best!

My heater went out and Airmergency was able to have someone come out promptly. Jaymon came and explained the problem and what my options were. I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of. They even offered heaters until my unit was ready to go. Their pricing I felt was fair and I’d refer them to friends and family in the future.

Had my older AC unit stop working in the thick of the summer. Called Airmergency and they sent someone out the same day. They came and diagnosed my issue, told me why and how it happened. He didn’t try to up sell me on a new unit or sell me anything that I didn’t need. Just a good, honest company helping a family in need of cool air in the scorching summer. Problem was resolved within an hour including a maintenance and Freon top off. I would highly recommend Airmergency for any diagnostic or repair. I will definitely be going through them when it’s time to install a new system! 5 stars!
