I hired this company for service however, I was not satisfied with the service. The repair person told me the unit needed some kind of valve and that the AC unit was too old and he would sell me a unit for $11000 out the door. I called another company and they fix the issue no problem.

They were available and ready to install the correct size unit I needed, just 1 day after I made my first phone call. While other businesses I reached out to said it would be about 5-7 business days before they could come out for the estimate. Wish I could give them more than a 5 star review. They are not just professionals, they are family friendly and extremely respectful, they were equipped with nice trucks, and I even noticed their tools and equipment were a step above your typical grungy toolbox. I recommend them with no questions asked. In fact I felt a need to leave a review as I am grateful for the professionalism they showed, restoring faith as American business should operate. I had my entire AC/Heating system replaced. They did excellent work and went above and beyond to get it done in a timely matter. Hard to find good honest companies now a days. I didn’t know what to expect, someone at the hardware store recommended them as the best in town. I thought I was experiencing a major failure with my unit and they tracked it back to a simple safety feature in my breaker box. They are honest and went above and beyond doing everything needed to ensure my unit would run smoothly and most important run efficiently. Thankful to the owner and very professional crew.
I had a plumbing problem and he had to solder the tubing and he did a great job. He did it in short time

Zuzu’s was friendly and helpful when I called for my leaking AC unit. They came out the same day and took care of it. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and took care of my AC the same day. Will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs!
100 plus degrees and our AC is out. I did a search for AC companies, and by luck, I came across ZuZu Plumbing, Heating and Air. Called, got a live person, and by 7:00 pm that same evening, they were here. Diagnosis was we needed to replace our old unit. While at our home, our neighbor was also having AC problems. He talked to Mr ZuZu, he went over and for a very small fee, had his AC up and running, no appointment. The following day, by 4:00 pm, less than 24 hours later, we had a new AC, and at a price that was lower than we had expected. Great customer service, excellent work, and just a nice man. The next week, our friend asked for a recommendation as his rental unit's air was out and the company he found quoted him an outrageous amount. We referred him to ZuZu, who came out that same evening, and quoted him an amount that was $10,000 less than the other company. AC was installed and his renters are comfy. Can't say enough good about this company. It is refreshing that there are honest, hard working people out there!!
Amazing customer service. He came out the same day I called and saved us from the heat. Very trustworthy and showed us how to clean our unit properly. He was also patient and kind with our toddler who was curious about what was being fixed. I highly recommend!
Woke up this morning during a heat wave to an A/C unit that wasn’t working, called ZuZu and they were able to come out within a few hours. J. Nino was so great; very friendly and professional, quick service too!! He got our unit up and running, even showed me videos of the unit before and after. I don’t have much experience with heating and air companies, but after today I know I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly highly recommend!!

Very reasonable prices and I appreciate J's honesty and taking the time to explain how my AC unit works so that the process was very transparent. J. told me they do other maintenance work such as plumbing, so I will be calling them back for other work as needed. I highly recommend A1 Services.
My AC/Heating unit went out last week. The owner came within one day of me contacting him. Within 4 days actually on Mother’s Day, they came and removed the old unit and replaced with the new using a crane! Reasonably priced and AMAZING service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Jay gave a thorough and fast quote to replace our HVAC system, with the AC unit outside relocated and the furnace in the attic. He and Bassom were detailed and took additional steps with our attic unit not being standard sized. I definitely recommend them. The cost was HALF of what the big name companies were quoting us for a bunch of fluff, presenting it as a deal with full on predictable sales techniques. If you want an HVAC guy and not a salesman to come to your house and provide a service, call these people.
I had used this company several times in the past to repair my A/C. Because of their great service and quality, when the A/C finally broke down I didn't hesitate to call them for a new unit. They gave me a great price and did the right away so we wouldn't have to deal with the mid-summer heat. I thought they were only A/c but in conversation found out they do more, so they were also able to repair my garbage disposal which had been having issues. Thanks A-1 ZUZU!
