The service the company offers is incredible. They make you feel safe by telling you exactly who is coming to your home. In our case, it was Robert B. and he went above and beyond to offer an incredible and thorough service. He fixed our air conditioning problem and gave a very detailed report that really helped in grasping what the problem was. He also gave us advice on what we can do to make the air conditioner run faster and more efficiently.
Steven Bailey my service technician was awesome!! He came in and repaired my toilet and explained everything to me. He was here on time and super nice! I was very happy with Steven and service from Cabrillo!
We worked with Robert. He wasn’t the cheapest bid, but it was clear from moment one that he had the most reliable and realistic bid. Things went on plan and landed on budget. No drama, no surprises. Just great quality work. I highly recommend.

With Cabrillo you truly get what you pay for. They may be a little more expensive than other Plumbing and heating companies but the service is impeccable. Robert worked with us for 2 years before we decided to pull the trigger and replace our furnace and duct system. He was thorough, answered all our questions and gave us all our options. Made us feel absolutely comfortable with our decision. When the work started Eric and Javier continued that level of service by answering all our questions and even redoing some work to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with the position of the furnace and the ducts. Even the inspector who came out said that he has not seen better work. Money well spent!
Robert and Matt did an excellent job of replacing our water heater. They were quick to identify why we had no hot water; they were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to install a new 75 gal water heater same day. This was after a different plumber was a no show and 3 days of no hot water. I highly recommend them!
It was a difficult installation. And, handled very well. We are thrilled with everything.

The whole team at Cabrillo is amazing! Very responsive, reliable, and great customer service. Dave was great clearing our our plumbing problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. Also, we had a water heater replaced and the team at Cabrillo did a great job.
I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink, Steven tried to unclog it with his equipment but had to call his office to drop off a bigger more powerful drain snake to unclog my drain. He stayed with it until the job was done. He was very nice, knowledgeable and he did a good job, cleaned up everything afterwards too. I mentioned to him I had a leaky faucet in my garage but we both forgot about it. Oh, well, next time.

Cabrillo Plumbing and Heating replaced my furnace. It was a fantastic experience. All the employees of Cabrillo were very professional friendly and knowledgably. The technician’s that replaced my furnace were Erick ad Daniel. The replacement furnace they installed was a Trane 80% two stage furnace. It is very quiet and gives out great heat. This Trane furnace has a wireless thermostat where you can take it anywhere in your house. Erick is very efficient knowledgeable associate he looks like installed many a furnace. Erick knows his craft. Daniel the other associate the younger was also very efficient and knowledgeable. Both associate’s answered all my questions that I had. When Erick and Daniel finished the installation they cleaned the area very well like it was before the installation of the furnace. I am very pleased with Cabrillo Plumbing Heating and Air. This company makes everything simple to the first phone call to the end.
Quick, efficient and friendly. Cleared drain from washing machine and checked all other plumbing areas for leaks and drainage.

Our landlord called Cabrillo to replace the drain and pipes in our leaking light-well. Brian and Erick were so kind, nice, and professional. We got a text with a photo and bio beforehand so we knew who was coming to the house. They showed up right on time. They had drapes and rugs and wore shoe covers so there was no mess as they were going up and down the stairs to the garage. They took photos of what they did and found, explaining as they went. I would totally call them for any future plumbing issues.
Steve Bailey came to install our kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly described all the features of the faucet. He performed a system wide plumbing check on all bathrooms and the water heater, and measured water pressure through out the system. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism we signed up for CAMP for a year.
Fantastic service & communication! Our furnace chose a cold night to go on strike—house was 58 degrees the next AM. We called Cabrillo Plumbing and the entire experience was 100%, from great listening & trouble-shooting on the initial phone call, to superb communication and care up to & through the experience. They gave us a nice narrow time window, so I didn't have to sit around all day. Robert arrived at 8:00AM today and was gone by 9:30. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and explained what had caused it and how to avoid it in the future. Wonderful experience overall. We're definitely putting Cabrillo on speed-dial now!
After our shower leak was repaired we ran into a unique problem trying to replace the handle. It took several trial & error steps to fix the handle, but it got done, thanks to Steven’s tenacity to delve into & solve the problem! He was his usual patient, calm, courteous, self. Cabrillo guarantees their work & I appreciated this first hand, since product age can present unforeseen situations & they worked the problem to resolution! Thanks to Steven for his work ethic and to the staff who were on top of it from beginning to end.
