Have used this company 15 years ago to install AC in my house. Liked them so much we had them come out the second time to install a new unit on the second story in 2020. 3 years later, we need our AC serviced and so sad they won't come out to service. They say it's too far. I haven't moved. It's the same house they came to install both units. Wish I would have know this before we bought the second unit. I trust and respect this company. They do a good job. But just ask if they will service your area, after your warranty has expired, before buying.
No complaints. Communication with office was great. They were flexible with my project and schedule. They were lowest estimate for the specific work I requested and available when I needed them.
I rarely take the time to review a company’s service primarily because I don’t want to embellish to make them seem better than they are. No reason to embellish for Castillo Heating. They are a family owned business with old-fashioned values that you give honest answer, show up on time, professional work, and a quality that matches the promise. Could not recommend Castillo Heating and Air for your next project
Always good and reliable service from Castillo. Arturo Jr. and all the other techs are always on time and do a great job. This was my regular spring/summer maintenance. I've been using Castillo for many years and always recommend them.
Prompt and courteous! Have an “87 attic fan that needed a timer or temperature gage so I wouldn’t have to get up ant 4 am to turn it off! They worked and toiled until they found the appropriate timer to work with my system. Put it on within an hour and a half Thanks guys
None better. Castillo Heating & Air has serviced our unit for over 10 years. We needed a new heating component...we could have repaired we decided to install a new heat pump. Castillo work is exemplary (so said our contractor at the time). They came back when we had to have the city sign off on the work. Art (owner) came out to make sure everything was in working order. Great to have a company from point of sale to the end stay with you through the process. Teresa in their office was patient to answer any and all questions. A family owned business they take pride in their work. You cannot go wrong with Castillo.

Art and his team did an incredible job replacing a 35 year old system with a state of the art heat pump system. They brought everything up to code and when above and beyond to get it al done in one day! I would recommend Art to all my family and friends.

Your Tech Art came in on time, polite and very informative shared options, checked coil up in attic also unit outside. Excellent customer service and strongly suggest using Art Castillo Air Conditioning. The staff which accompanied Ben and Hugo were also polite, customer service driven and worked well as a team. Definitely recommend this business. Fair priced, very explanatory of all the process and what we would need to maintain our system. Thank you Art!

We are very pleased with the professional job that Castillo Heating and Air Conditioning did when installing our new unit. We had a couple of minor issues that needed addressing and they responded quickly the very day we notified them of the problems. We have highly recommended them to other friends and neighbors.
Under difficult post-COVID times with supply chain, inventory and manufacturing resource strain, Theresa kept us well informed of part delivery status, then Tony and Marquis installed our evaporator coil with skills that followed the Castillos motto, “Every job is a work of art”.
