Kenny and Kevin provided great service. They answered all of my questions in depth, provided insight on ways to ensure my HVAC systems lasts a long time, and gave good recommendations. Both Kenny and Kevin were friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. I appreciate that they were on time and I would highly recommended based on the service received and their excellent work. Thank you to both Kenny and Kevin.

Villara was kind enough to call and remind me to schedule a service. Glad Villara did because my AC unit was faulty and I didn’t even know it. Kenny and Kevin came out and quickly remedied the situation. They are awesome, friendly, respectful and professional.

David was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and accommodating in flushing my tankless water heater and plumbing inspection. He found a leakage and provided thorough information on what’s needed to fix the outdoor plumbing issue. His Villara Diamond Club presentation was awesome and will be highly considered.
Raul & Omar were professional & very thorough. They spent almost 2 hrs checking & servicinh every aspect of my hvac system & explained the condition of each part. Fantastic service for $89! Will definitely refer them & use them in the future.

Awesome job and great price for my planned AC tuneup! Raul and Tony were highly professional and polite, and did a very thorough job in cleaning up the outside compressor and checking out the evaporator coil and system up in the attic. However, my system was just too old with many parts failing. The bad news was explained to me in detail, and I completely agreed that the entire system needs to be replaced.
Raul came out to do the AC service and he did an excellent job. Very professional, did a thorough job, and took the time to answer all my questions.
I had AC issues lingering in my house and its quite irritating. Talked to Villara folks and they dispatched JR and he is true professional. Found the issue quickly and restored the AC. Knowledgable guy👍
New update June 26th 2023 Ryan and Omar are absolutely wonderful! They were knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly identified the problem and explained what needed to be done. The part that was needed was back at the shop. They went and got it and were back within the hour to fix the unit. They definitely went the extra mile to fix my unit. Ryan and Omar were very thorough and made sure the cold air was coming through the vents through out my home before leaving. Kendall in the customer service department was very professional and kind! Nov/Dec 2022 We called for service and they sent a technician the same day. Paul was the tech that diagnosed it for about a half hour and then came and told me all the things he diagnosed and explained everything throughly. He said it was a vacuum switch and had one on him and it fixed it. Then he showed me pictures of how he also cleaned off a flame sensor. Great job!

The technician from Villara, Zaki, arrived at our home to complete the annual check up. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the cleaning process and recommended any improvements to be done to the the ac and heater. Everything was great. Thanks.
