He was kind and courteous. He assured me that he would come check out my system and he did. He did an excellent job by giving me a pictures and showing me my system. I enjoyed having him around the house to check my attic, my air conditioning he did a really good job outstanding thank you send it back again.

We paid over 3k to have repairs done on our A/C - furnace. 3 months later no A/C. 3 different workers came out no one could diagnose the problem. Now we are told minimum $1500 to locate problem then price of repair. Waiting on management to phone us. Will follow up with outcome.

I have done a lot business with Bell Brothers in the last 3 years over $40,000.00 worth and was happy with the work. Until they got payed upfront via a loan they setup so they got payed before the work was finished! Many phone calls to their C/S and still not finished started in May 2023 now it’s July 2023. Don’t ever pay our let them set a lone for you where they get the money before the work is finished to your satisfaction. Terrible cement finish work. Job was Suer line replacement
Excellent customer service!!! My air conditioner went out and Bell Brothers was able to get someone out the next day even though it is a very busy time of year for them. Tanner was so helpful and courteous with amazing attention to detail.
We were so appreciative to have a same-day repair of our A/C during insufferable 100-degree+ weather! Jose S. was professional and very personable. Clean uniform, well-groomed. Great representation of the company. He fixed the problem. All good!
This company is the BEST they came out with then 2hrs speaking with them Very professional and hands on walking us through and showing the problem that my air conditioner had it's gone need a new one coming to my home on Fri and will be replaced on Mon job well done 😀 and another thing is they show you what's going on and what's needed very satisfied will recommend to all that need air conditioning repaired are replaced Thank you so much.
Signed up for the package for annual maintenance. Great value.. includes HVAC, PLUMBING. Tech's came out to service HVAC. Findings were explained simply and suggestions recommended. My HVAC is 20 yrs old but had been working fine..but I'm sure it's time to update. Quotes were explained to replace unit. I felt the quote was fair, but the only thing was that I had to decide that day or the quote given possibly would not be available later. When you are going to spend an substantial amount of money I don't think you should have to decide right then and there.
Once again, Bell Brothers delivered exceptional service. Our technician was kind and professional.
I'm an engineer - service technician took time to thoroughly explain AC cooling cycle operation of my equipment with comments about the good and what i needed to watch closely in the following years.
Our serviceman was Adam. He arrived promptly and was so courteous and polite! He did an extensive cleaning on our a/c unit! We were so impressed with this young man. Always wearing booties to protect our flooring! We have been so impressed with Bell Brothers and have referred their services to all our family and friends!!! Thank-you!!!!!
Pleasant, not pushy. They were clean and they kept tightly to their time schedule. The guys that came to our place were excellent. I know that any time you call a service company to fix things they are going to tell you that you need this and that, so we expect it. This time it really was not much and of course I didn't bite. Surprisingly they told me I didn't need to replace the air filter yet (I'd replaced it two months ago but the other HVAC companies ALWAYS replaced the air filter without asking, needed or not, and then charged double the price of a filter). That's worth five points for Bell Brothers. I do think I might buy into their monthly service. I never ever do that as I hate having more monthly/subscription payments so I need time to ruminate. The value seems great but I'll have to do more research. Bottom line, I do recommend these people to come and do what they did for us today; check our HVAC, do a thorough cleaning, and check multiple points in the system including the output and condenser. It took them 90min. Clean. Smiles. Polite. Helpful. I'm not sure what else I could ask for.
Tom went above and beyond. He quieted our air conditioner buy adding a few rubber bushings to our unit. Just part of the exceptional service he gave us. Thanks Tom and Thanks Bell Bros. For sending him.
Austin did a fantastic job! He went above and did the ‘extra’ to make sure the work was done correctly. He was courteous and explained everything carefully to make sure I understood exactly what he was going to do and the cost. He was patient with my questions. Maybe the best tech that I’ve had over many years of dealing with service professionals. Bell follows up to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Austin made sure of that before he left. Excellent work.
This comment concerns routine Maintenance on my home AC. Your tech Kevin has a great personality and kept me appraised of what he was doing and the results of his test. This is exactly of what I was looking for concerning annual maintenance on my AC. This is the type of young man that your business needs to succeed in the future. Keep him on the training track and give new him opportunities and challenges to climb the ladder in your business.
Every year, I use Bell Brothers to tune up my system. My A/C system is 22 years old and Bell Brothers have kept it going! Thank you. Four Star Rating is because they said they would change my filter, and they didn’t. Last year, the tech didn’t have change, so he ended up with a decent tip!
Called about a water leak. Was given a same day appointment. Travis was knowledgeable friendly courteous. The price he quoted is the price we paid
A month ago, our ageing HVAC, in an ageing home, gave up the ghost. Both Heater and A/C needed to be replaced. Been putting this off for far too long. Bell came out and their excellent reps gave it to us straight and we went for it. Big job! All day job! Very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. These guys busted their butts for an entire day. I wouldn't have believed people still worked this hard until I saw it with my own eyes! So we've had an opportunity to run both the furnace and A/C in this seasonal transition. Both are quite impressive. First off, they get to the desired temp very quickly, within minutes. Second, they hold that setting like a rock, very impressive. Had to turn off the A/C yesterday cause the setting was too low and we were freezing. That hasn't happened in years. Bottom line: Just read that consumers are giving out five stars like candy but in this case Bell deserves ten!
Not the usual service we receive from Bell Brothers. The technician didn’t check our indoor filters. See attached photo. He also asked if we wanted him to check out system from in the attic instead of just doing it as I would expect.
