They were helpful in helping me setup my thermostat on my Wi-Fi and phone. The owner spent the entire day with his team during the installation. I'm super happy with the work and equipment. Our AC conked out and On Time AC and Heating Repair was able to come the next day (sometimes tough during a heat wave I've found!) and the tech that came was great, Adam M, was able to diagnose the issue quickly, fix it, test it, and then also look at things like our air filters (embarrassingly hadn't been changed in years) and tell us how to wash them going forward.
This company is so quick and efficient definitely recommend to anybody looking for HVAC service. Didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed and was able to fix the issue the same day. Good job On Time AC and Heating Repair!

Well, we woke up on December 30 with no heat. We called On Time AC and Heating Repair and they responded right away. On Time AC and Heating Repairwas at our home within an hour. He was able to get our thermostat repaired, the furnace pumping, and he found and repaired a gas leak in our attic. He was professional, polite and the fees were very reasonable. Our heater wasn't coming on at all. Called On Time AC and Heating Repairand he was able to come out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and went to go and get the part. The part was a little off so he went and got another one. It was the main gas valve. He even let me help him, which I love to do. It was a little challenging because the part that we replaced was an universal type. But On Time AC and Heating Repairrecommended that we get the original part. He did a great job.

I was having intermittent issues with my AC, and Youhan came out to give me a second opinion after the first company I worked with botched the diagnosis and wanted a bunch of money to fix the problem. Youhan figured out it was just a problem with my new thermostat and fixed it same day. I couldn't recommend them more!
