I needed a new AC unit installed and I was very worried about the cost. My parents have been in the business for years so I asked them for a referral and they gave me A & R's number. When I called, the staff was very friendly and made sure that I could afford their services. Their technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. They also have no problem answering any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repair or installation services.
I highly recommend this company. They were able to diagnose and fix my heater quickly without breaking the bank. They also spent a lot of time looking at my system in detail so I could understand why it was failing even though everything looked fine on the surface. Great experience.
The installation of a 2 tonne micro split system for my garage was recently completed by Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning . They sold me the installation together with the item. They provided me with a reasonable estimate, finished the job swiftly, and cleaned up their workspace. I strongly advise using them for all of your HVAC need. I can't emphasise enough how trustworthy and capable they are. They are absolutely going to be used by me in the future.

When onsite he will explain all findings in detail and explain options for repair, then get the job done in a timely manner that doesn’t break your bank account. I highly recommend and will definitely be my go-to for all future work.

Jordan was awesome, friendly, processional and patient. He took his time eliminated each possibility until he found the cause of our problem. Not only did he repair our problem he also added extra protection so it would not happen again. We also purchased the yearly maintenance program for peace of mind and to have our HVAC units last for a long time. Extremely grateful to Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning.

From the time I called and made the service appointment for routine service on our geothermal system, I was kept informed with several text messages including a reminder, and when the service tech was headed my way. It had his picture in the text so I knew his name and a little bit about him, including a 5-star rating. Very helpful!! Before entering our home he put on shoe coverings, which I always appreciate! Sammie was friendly, loved on our dog, and was professional!
Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning Service were very prompt. They were able to come out the same day and diagnose the problem quickly. No pressure to buy, just honest assessment. Then when I needed a replacement part they were able to get me in the next day
Sammie was quick to point out that we would be better off replacing the unit (30 years old). The price he quoted us was very fair! He was very non pressuring as well, which we appreciated. Of course, we always had the option to do the minor repair, however, it wasn't guaranteed to fix the problem long term. 5 stars all the way.
Sean and Brian were on time, professional, polite and very communicative about what they were doing. Sean made sure to walk me through the new thermostat answering questions and Chris made sure to walk me through all the pictures of the replaced system to show me what work had been done. The experience could not have been better and I cannot recommend these two delightful young men more.

My company has been using Santa Monica Heating and Air for more than 20 years. They have installed and replaced three units in one of our large buildings and do quarterly maintenance on a total of seven units in multiple locations. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and fair. When I've had questions, they explain and I never feel that they are doing work that doesn't need to be done. They are usually very busy and it can be difficult to schedule a repair when its so hot that everyone's A/C is breaking down, but they work very hard during the summer season to make sure things get taken care of promptly. Santa Monica Heating and Air is a solid, reliable, and trustworthy company.
