My AC wasn’t working, I send a request for service out of office hours, and received a call to schedule services next day early morning.

Called to have my AC serviced before turning on for the season. The technician, Marcos, was friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do each step of the way. I would definitely call Cen-Cal Air out again.
I am so happy with the train system that they put in My Home. The heat pump system works extremely well well and is energy efficient. As well as all new ductwork in my older home made my heating and cooling system highly efficient and saves me money. Should have done this sooner.
Horrible company they are straight cooks they charge me $500 for a capacitor never use this company again
Thorough and professional. My non-working A/C happened to be an easy fix, but even so, the technician Javier spent over an hour double-checking all possible weak spots in the A/C system. I highly recommend this business.
Our A/C stopped working on the hottest week in July. I called Cen Cal Air and explained the issue and they gave me a time slot that was flexible with my schedule. I got a reminder call and Javier showed up promptly and diagnosed and repaired quickly. Great customer service all around. I highly recommend their service.
Called in June and got same day service. Tech explained what he was doing, the office followed up. Was smooth everything is running great again. They also did my original install in 2018. Highly recommend.
Javier (the tech) was very professional, and courteous. He did a great job, did the required maintenance on our unit and checked our air flow and temp inside the house. We always use Cen Cal Air.
HVAC technician Marcos was on time and professional. He took the time to explain to me the issue with my AC unit and recommend course of action to get it back and operational.
The technicians name Marcos is good and he knows what he is doing, only I dont like is the price of the parts that the company charge, in Youngs Aircinditioners they sell yhe Furnace control board for $270.00 in Amazon you can this gor 194.00.,, and this Cen Cal airconditioner $765.00 I think iits included the labor., As my evaluation over pricing is the best terminology.,
Always have had great luck with Cen Cal They installed my system and have serviced it annually since. They are very good at communicating and when I had a recall issue they did go above and beyond to make sure my family and I were up and running with very little downtime
I have been using Cen-cal air since they were open back in 2011, this is my first review for them they have a very low turn around technician rate that i can tell the owner treats their worker well as he does for his customers. Their do have a fair price compare to other repair company in Los banos, their work is professional, always having a quality work, and the response time is fast, you can always get the same day service if not the next day, I highly recommend them for residential and commercial HVAC repair.
Javier did an excellent job. He replaced the thermostat and got my A/C running again. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend. Great job!
