Professional, courteous, respectful, honest and reasonable price for service rendered ( the fridge water hose). I'll call again if needed. Happy customer! i told them in advance what was happening with the dryer! well things happen and called them again still think they a great business - fair pricing and had my parts on the truck - in and out in 1 hour - fixed the issue :)
Fernando installed a new heater in my home. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I like being well informed. His pricing was decent. I did a prior internet search on the cost and asked around. I was happy with the price. Overall, good experience. Ill be back for a stackable in the spring.
My A/C broke during crazy heat wave a couple weeks ago. York Appliances were responsive, prompt, efficient, and incredibly reasonable on price. I hope nothing ever breaks again but I'll know who to call when it does!

Fernando came out and fixed our central air unit. It was almost 100 degrees out and he came right away and took care of us in under an hour. We were so relieved and impressed with his service. If you’re in or around Highland Park, you found the right place.
They just installed a 3 ton HVAC system. They came out to my house, clearly explained what they would recommend for my house, and came out when they said they would do it, and completed the job on schedule. The crew worked with me to place the fan in a location in the yard that was out of the way from the garden, and not next to the master bedroom. Their install of the system under the house was clean, organized, and explained clearly to me. Now the 100 yr old house has joined the 21st century with cold air and heat, all electrically powered. Great thermostat too. Peace of mind and comfort! Thank you!

Fernando and his team are fantastic. We recently moved into an older home that never had central air. York installed ducting and HVAC throughout the house. Like most old homes there are unique spaces that prove challenging when installing modern systems. Yet despite that, Fernando and his team installed a system that works perfectly! Throughout the process York was professional and constantly communicating with us. We are very happy and appreciate the quality service York provided. Highly recommend them.
I just had my central A/C installed by York Appliances & HVACR and couldn’t be any happier. My house is ice cold now after installing a 3 1/2 ton system. My wife came home and said “how do I turn it off it’s too cold!”lol They were punctual and very friendly. I would definitely recommend there services to others.

They always do a good job this is the second mini split unit they install at the house. They go above and beyond and the owner is just good people all around.
Be very careful with this company. In prior years they had great service and the technicians were awesome. Lately I’ve had to switch to a different company. It’s very sad because I was a loyal customer but the last two visits they have sent Fernando and he is not very professional. He tried to overcharge for a new thermostat that he said I ‘needed’. He did not install it correctly and the original problem continued to be a problem. Then when I called back to have them fix the issue, he was not responsive and wanted to force me to pay a ‘balance’ before he would come out. Very suspicious. I hope they figure this out because otherwise they will continue to lose loyal customers.

Excellent experience with York Appliances. They installed new Central Heating/Air complete with new ducts and wiring. Quality work at a fair price and job was completed in decent time. Fernando managed the job and was professional and took time to explain the process. He's knowledgable and honest. I would gladly recommend York Appliances & HVACR to anyone who's looking for any Heating and Air Conditioning concerns.

I called ~ 5 pm, they said they would try to squeeze me in tonight, but for sure they could come tomorrow evening. Maybe 2 hours later they asked if they could send someone over. He fixed my AC immediately. Very nice, very professional, great prices. Customer service was excellent. Would absolutely use again and very happy to refer anyone to them.
On a hot day like today, I am reminded what a good install York appliances did for me. Not more than a month ago I hired York HVAC for a new mini-split system. Installation far exceeded my expectations and I am happy with my new system. Their fair pricing and thourough understanding of HVAC system, made me give them a try. System running great, and service is recommendable. I was glad they even did a courtesy visit to check on my system. Great service
I paid $55 for them to come and tell me they can’t help left my place flooding while he was here and just a waste of my money.
Went here to look for a fridge, saw a few cockroaches and left. The prices are also ridiculously high. Might as well buy new.
They took care of my washer the same day, they change the clutch and is working like new!
