He is proficient, cordial, and reliable. He lifted my 80-pound monster air conditioner up five flights of stairs by himself after moving it from a neighbouring location. The rapid installation was definitely the result of his experience and not at all of taking short cuts. I'm incredibly impressed!
When our AC unit required maintenance and needed to be replaced, we used the firm. They were punctual and quite professional. They contacted ahead of time, spoke with my family in a very cordial manner, and followed up to make sure we were pleased with the results.

Excellent service and installation.. Great oversight and organization.. They really cared about cleaning up mid-job and causing the least amount of disruption..
