We have regularly had seasonal maintenance checks performed by Westwood HVAC Solutions technicians since the system was install, but we’re pretty sure some of the performance or diagnostic test that we run by the technician were not included in these routine maintenance specials. Perhaps some of them should be added to the list of test run on these puron-based systems in the future.
It went excellent. They did all the paperwork and asked for a refund from the electric company. The crew was very clean, professional and on time. The followed up with me after the visit. It was just a wonderful experience. Westwood HVAC Solutions - Thanks !

Staff was incredibly friendly and personable!! I would like to acknowledge your immense input in getting the matter resolved! Our fan on the outside unit doesn’t perform correctly and Westwood HVAC Solutions's serviceman explained to us that proper heat transfer cannot take place and the air conditioning compressor may overheat and trip the safety overload! Worse case scenario is that, it may cause internal damage to the compressor! All thanks to Westwood HVAC Solutions’s expertise and punctuality it was prevented!
The technician from Westwood HVAC Solutions arrived at our home to repair the AC system that stopped working. He fixed the problem in a short time. He was a real pro knowing exactly what to do once he diagnosed the problem. He was very efficient and worked fast and everything is ok now with the system. I highly recommend the services of this company. I would like to mention that the price was also very good. 5 stars.
