My package unit went down and I had 5 different companies come out and nobody was able to figure out the issue. I called West Coast and was helped by their senior Insurance rep Andrew who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to have a tech out same day and the tech was able to locate the root of the problem. After a few days of waiting for parts my AC was working great again

It has been a nightmare trying to get my 30 year old Sub Zero fridge repaired! The Warranty company had 3 other companies check the fridge before I got assigned to West coast chief repair. Finally a professional company was assigned!!! I got a next day appointment, the tech was really nice and able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes, I spoke with Ashley who's customer service could not be any better! Ashley got the repair approved within a couple of days after going back and forth with my insurance company. The parts took 3 days to arrive and Ashley called to schedule the appointment ASAP. It has been a week and my fridge no longer is giving me a headache! Thank you so much Ashley and the West Coast team for making this such a seamless process! I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family!

The technician came out 3 times and has not fixed my unit. He keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with it. Customer service is also horrible. Shawn, the general manager was talking down to me and said that he has to go with what his technician is saying and told me that he would not send a different technician out. When the tech was supposed to come out the third time, he did not show up at all and I did not get a phone call about it until the next day. When I asked why I didn’t receive any notice that they were not going to be coming by the day before, she put me on hold and then hung up on me. Without hearing from them after that, I get a phone call 3 days later saying the technician is 10 minutes away. I was so surprised bc I hadn’t scheduled the appointment. When I asked who scheduled that, she told me she would find out and call me back. She didn’t call me back and instead cancelled the tech. I never cancelled and told her I was home. I’ve been without a working heater for weeks bc no one knows how to do their job. Oh, and when the tech came out the second time and performed maintenance that didn’t fix it, he left the liquid all over the floor. It’s a mess and who knows what kind of chemical it was. I do not recommend. The technician was nice, but doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

To begin, I was serviced by the Burbank location. I made a total of four phone calls to West Coast Chief repair , and on every phone call , I received excellent customer service . Andrew, "Lizbet," Ben, and another individual whose name escapes me at the moment, were helpful, attentive, courteous, and professional. Further, the technician who delivered and installed our stove was "super excellent." His name is "Jay," and his professionalism and "hustle," were demonstrated by none other than his actions. We laid out towels, so he would not have to walk on our carpet, no problem. We "hovered" over him, while he was doing his work, no problem. We had question after question , no problem. In brief, he demonstrated competence, respect, and the dying art of humility . Indeed, he was a pleasure and honor to have in our home. Thank you Jay, and thank you WestCoast Chief Repair, located in Burbank, California.

We have had 5 visits from the repair man and our refrigerator is still getting ice build up and water leaking into the refrigerator area, below the freezer. They have been friendly, but have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem.

My A/C stopped working so I called up my warranty old republic and they assigned this company, I got a call within an hour to schedule for the next day, the next day came and I got a call 30 minutes before the tech was on the way which was nice! The tech arrived checked out my A/C and had it up and running within an hour! I'm sincerely satisfied with the customer service I received from the rep Ashley who was able to get my repair approved on the spot and the tech for doing a great job! A wonderful company, I have been using its services for several years, but yesterday they surprised me. In my house, the air conditioner suddenly broke down, which is terrible when there are more than 96 F. on the street, the specialist arrived on the day of the call at exactly the appointed time and fixed the malfunction in half an hour by replacing the broken part. The repair cost me a fairly modest amount, which also pleasantly surprised me. Thanks!

We had the company come Out (on Angie’s list) they said they needed to order the part. After several calls they finally ordered the part. The employee came over with a bad attitude. He told me to HUSH in my own home. He actually screamed that he was suppose to go to a doctors appointment and was going to stroke out. He left and SLAMMED my front door. That caused the lock on the door to not connect. We fixed that ourself. We called and got the bill to pay it. I will never hire their people again. I was scared that this guy would come back. I spoke with Zoey and others and they apologized. Yeah in this world with crazy repairmen in your home it was a bad experience.
