We used united in LA. Great process. Great work. Vic, our electrician, was great in helping us think through some choices. High quality work. Prices seemed reasonable too. Loved how quickly they were able to get the work done. Definitely recommend- ask for Vic to do your work.

I paid $220 for an estimate on a home. When I receive the estimate, my name is incorrect and there wasn’t a detailed price breakdown for every item listed in the report. Instead, I received a list of recommendations with no prices. In my opinion, the inspection wasn’t worth the price as no estimate was provided of all items listed.

This company has always been amazing! From the first time I called them because of an electrical fuse that was arcing to my most recent light fixture going out, they've been professional, timely and effective. Every call, they've been quick in diagnosing the root issue and been honest about the work that needs to be done and thorough in explaining any additional recommended work. However, the biggest reassurance with this company has been their responsiveness. Rarely have I had to wait longer than a day to have an issue surveyed and even when I did have to wait a day, it was for an that wasn't an emergency.
Super quick to respond (they had an electrician ready to come to my house right after I called) and efficient in figuring out the problem. The electrician explained clearly what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. Clean and respectful of the home, too. Would recommend!

I feel like a real heel. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who came to help me out but he was one of the most honest electricians I've ever met in my life. He really saved me.
Strongly recommend them! Vigen found a solution to get a much needed ceiling fan in our master bedroom and did the work on the spot. In addition, noticed several electrical issues and fixed them during the course of his work. Super professional and friendly. I will definitely call them again. I couldn’t be happier with the work and they did it in the midst of 2 very curious dogs lurking at every turn.

We had an electrical emergency with SDGE and needed the electrical panel repaired / replaced ASAP. United Plumbing responded quickly and was at our home withing the hour of placing the call late in the day. The technician assessed the issue and was able to correct it by working into the night. Very professional and excellent service provided, would recommend and use this company again in the future.
Technician Vig did a thorough check of the situation, gave an exact dollar estimate, looked into something else I was considering, explained everything in a way I could understand, installed the outket I needed, and even mounted my charger so it wouldn't hang by its cable. Also: I had called the day before to book the appointment, and got one.for the next day. We have used United fpur times and the service has been excellent each time.
The tech arrived as scheduled to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my pool equipment. Upon investigation, he pointed out some safety issues that needed to be resolved and he left my home in a safe status. Once I’ve had the utility company out to repair, he will return to finish other work I needed completed.
