Amazing knowledge and responsiveness. 100% recommend!
I highly recommend Tim and his team. They are truly honorable and professional - a rare combination. I thought that I needed to replace my dead furnace - a $5,000 hit. I turned to Tim for a second opinion. Within 20 minutes, he identified that all I needed was a $150 part - HUGE SAVINGS! Heat has been working great ever since. They were quick to respond, easy to set up an appointment with, super talented, and not looking to take advantage of you. if you have any HVAC needs - HIRE TIM STIVERS
I went on Nextdoor and asked who could install AC in my house the whole neighborhood said Tim Stivers. He's personable, responsive, and fair. My system blew a fuse the day before my in-laws were coming to stay . . . in the August heat . . . and he was there at 7am the next day. I recommended him to my neighbors who were shocked at how fast he could come out for their similar AC emergency. He's awesome, please consider him for your HVAC needs.
Tim came to my home to give me an estimate to install central A/C. I told him to show himself out when he got annoyed and said, "This is turning into an explain-a-thon." I asked lots of questions and given that this is a $20,000 investment, I think that's to be expected. While there are plenty of contractors who are thrilled when a potential customer asks a lot up front so there are no surprises in the end, Tim is not one of them.
Jesus, Genrao and Gabriel were very professional and helpful. Always on time and provided the excellent service. They have come out and fixed our A/C units on multiple occasions and accommodated my schedule. I truly appreciate these gentlemen and Tim Stivers himself. Thank you to the entire team!!!
I have used Tim's company on several occasions and am always extremely satisfied with the courtesy, professionalism, and consideration that he and his team use in providing expert services. I have had Stivers install 2 new HVAC installations, repair one (to keep it going for another year before I replaced it), and he provides ongoing maintenance for me. I have been in the commercial construction management business for 27 years and residential subcontractors of quality are few and far between. Tim Stivers and his company are fantastic!
I have several rental propeties in the LA area as well as Pasadena. Each unit is different and has it's own systems as well as issues. Tim Stivers has been my "go to" guy for 15 years. There is not an issue he cannot resolve. He is reliable, honest, friendly, punctual, takes care to be clean and neat...never leaves a mess and highly skilled. He is in a word...AMAZING!

In my opinion, the quality of their work cannot be beat. Tim has gone out of his way to troubleshoot some complicated problems and is a pleasure to work with. Honestly, I wish I were half as good at my job as he is at his. I highly recommend Tim Stivers Heating & Air Conditioning. Tim and his staff were outstanding from assessing the issues to the onsite crew to the office staff. Tim's recommendations saved me money by replacing 2 furnaces with 1 efficient unit that freed up space in the basement. When I needed follow-up guidance with the thermostat Tim was available immediately. Very reassuring.

He and his crew do outstanding work with the highest level of professionalism, and I would absolutely recommend them for any job you might need (inspections, installation, servicing/repair) at your home, office, or anywhere else that heating and air conditioning is present/needed.

Tim Stivers and staff have been such a great resource for me. I own two properties: one that is my residence and one that is income property. In both cases, Tim and his staff have helped me solve all of my HVAC issues over the past 6 years. They address problems with an immediate and professional response. All system details and issues are always very well explained. They are very exacting with diagnostics and solutions. They have been wonderful about working with my rental home and very helpful navigating tenants and their privacy. Since both properties are located in the San Fernando Valley, AC is a huge concern for many months of the year. I rely on Tim and his team to make sure we are in tip top shape and appreciate all they do to help us.

Had Tim do my AC at the office - mr Tim came by to collect money when the crew was about done, and pitched buying a follow up service.. when time came for the follow up service.. i got a call when they would arrive.. unfortunately that time did not work for me.. strangely I was then chewed out and told this would be when it was best for them or not.. never did get my money back..
Tim was very responsive and helpful, definitely an all around professional. He was creative and pragmatic - I would 100% recommend his company to anyone with the need, we will definitely be going back to him in the future!
