Brian was my technician today. He's wonderful.
Joshua, the technician, was very through in the testing of our ac and heating system. He spent several hours going over the system and preparing it for the coming hot weather. He then went over the improvements which could be done in the future to improve efficiency and reliability. I have my system checked twice a year and will ask for Joshua for the next check.
Brian J was is the technician for both my house and my rental property to perform the spring maintenance check up. Not only did he check all the electric circuits in the HVAC compressor and fan but he also cleaned the fins for all the compressors. His report included photographs of the hardware and the measurements taken He did used that the start up current for both compressors was slightly over specifications and recommended options to fix the issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable, clear spoken, thorough and polite. A pleasure to work with. His supervisor, Peter, went through Brian's recommendations with me, and we found the most effective options to consider. Great service. Knowledgeable technicians. Looking forward to working with Brian J on future HVAC system maintenance.
Competent service by polite professionals with same day service. Identified the problem and made recommendations. They explained what they were doing at each step, followed up with a video inspection along the sewer pipe to highlight the problem. I'll call them every time I need a plumber!

I had a clogged main sewer line and made an appt with Service Champions/Adeedo the morning of my appt. Kyle came out on time and quickly assessed what the problem may be, and called in another tech, Efren, to bring over a camera to pinpoint the issue. Turns out I have several cracks in a really old pipe that needs to be fixed. The issue is a lot bigger of an issue than I thought it would be, but both Kyle and Efren were really helpful in explaining the problem and solution. Still figuring out how I would pay for this solution but overall I had a great experience despite them being the bearers of bad news.

Josh performed maintenance on my HVAC system. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained in layman terms what was going on with my system when he was finished.
