Rosecrans HVAC Ladera Heights has been providing air conditioning repair services to our business for a while, but the most recent interaction merits a review. Due to the anticipated rainstorm, I was really concerned that they might no longer proceed with the repair on Thursday morning (the scheduled day). The pleasant girl who answered the phone when I called their customer service informed me excitedly that the technicians were on their way. Just by hearing her voice on the phone, I can see her grinning. Ten minutes later, two men arrived, and they quickly completed the task in the same manner as before. My supervisor was overjoyed because they declined the tip he was genuinely offering them. I would give it six stars if I could.
Before departing, the technician from Rosecrans HVAC Ladera Heights double-checked his work to make sure the newly installed air conditioner was operating as it should and even offered tips on how to maintain the system. Anyone in need of ac installation or repair services should contact this business, in my opinion.
I would highly recommend C & L HVAC Manhattan Beach after their technician installed our air conditioner unit a Plexiglas and did it properly. I am super amazed. Will absolutely have this company again!!
