I would recommend this to my family and friends they came fast when I need them to come out friendly and nice and humble people also they are so polite and friendly they make sure everything is okay and they call to check up on you to see if everything is still working to

Super happy and satisfied with Real Cozy Air. My kids and I couldn't sleep with the heater out. Wasn't sure what was the issue. My husband was unable to tell what the issue was with our heater system. I inquired with 4 local companies late night after hours. Surprisingly Chris responded within 30 minutes. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. His team was super polite and respectful. Pricing was reasonable and they were able to fix the issue within less than 2 hours. Thank you! Highly recommended.
My heater was only working sporadically. I called the company and they sent a technician 2 days later. She was here for about 20 minutes tops. She left, I paid them and then they sent me an estimate for an entire furnace replacement for $15k. I am retired lady living in a mobile home park. I don’t have $15k. The tech didn’t offer alternative solutions. But that’s what I need at this point so my cats and I can stay warm. I will find it. Just not with them.
Andrea and Chris were great and professional. The team installed the new system professionally with a lot of attention to detail. We are very happy with Real Cozy Air and definitely recommend them!
The communication level was outstanding. They said when they will be there, and they were there when they said they would be. The repairs were done promptly and the price was decent. I would definitely use Real Cozy Air again and refer them to others as well.

Great experience. I've used them twice to have repairs done on our A/C system - always responsive and transparent on pricing and options. I know we'll need to replace our entire unit soon - and will be doing it with them.

Very nice, competent workers but charged a ridiculous amount for doing very little. Will never use them, again. Which is too bad, because we need an entire new system in the next couple years. They could have had the business, but price gouging is unconscionable.
They were on time and spent over an hour checking and cleaning our unit. The technician was polite and was very considerate wearing booties in the house. I will absolutely use this service again. Also very reasonably priced.
I’ve used this company many times and have never been disappointed. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family and have heard nothing but great things after they had a service done. Chris is phenomenal and very helping with explaining everything and how to fix it. Can’t say enough great things about these guys!!!!
At first we called our previous HVAC technician but after calling around different places, the 4th call accommodated our schedule, I definitely liked that you could work on Saturday, We were skeptical at first to see a woman working for us because this is our first time seeing a woman technician but to our surprise she came in attentive and very knowledgeable; she get to the bottom of the source of the problem and quickly fix it, change part of the condenser and add more refrigerant. What a great service & all together affordable… Thank you, Andrea, for making our home a COOL place to live in again!

Real Cozy Air was great to work with. They installed a hard start kit and a new surge protector on our unit and they were super nice and communicated every step. I will be using them again for all our HVAC needs!
