Wonderful experience with our service man. Did a thorough check on our heating and cooling unit and explained in detail what he was checking for. Showed pictures and numbers of the check. He was on time, thorough, clearly explained his inspection and what he did, identified a malfunctioning thermostat and replaced it and was pleasant and professional the whole time. Cannot say enough about the great service!!
Turned my AC on for the first time in the season and it was blowing hot air. Pro Fresh Air Conditioning & Heater Repair was able to squeeze me in the day I called and was able to quickly find and fix my problem (unplugged reversing valve). Also did a seasonal maintenance which ended up covering the cost of the issue. Kyle is fantastic and very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciate using gloves and shoe coverings on the call. Definitely recommend.
My ac was blowing warm air just when it started to reach the 100* mark outside. Best ratings on Yelp so it wasn't that hard of a choice. Gave them a call, had Justin show up who was super informative and all around friendly guy. Justin went on the roof and boom cold air again. He also talked to me about a service plan the Pro Fresh Air Conditioning & Heater Repair run. Such a good experience I signed up for the 5 year plan. Looking forward to working with this company for the next 5 years! I would suggest this company to anyone who has air and heat issues.

I would like to start by saying Tony our technician was great. He's a New Yorker so you get a straight forward ,to the point ,East Coast answer ,gotta love it. Friendly, got to work trouble shooting the problem, 15 min later ,here's the problem this is how to fix it, option A/B how would you like to proceed ( bing bang bomb). I would recommend Tony and Pro Fresh Air Conditioning & Heater Repair to anyone who need help, has a question, or is looking for honest A/C repair company. On time. Josh explained what they would do and when during the installation process. Competitive price with a variety of options. No hassle installation. Took care of items other bids stated would not be included, such as dry wall repair for filter grid replacement. Overall positive experience and would recommend.

Pro Fresh Air Conditioning & Heater Repair tech was extremely nice and really explained the size of unit I need like no one else did. Work was very professional. The price was the best quote I had and I was totally surprised when he finished the job that he completed a significant amount of duct work that no one else offered. Even if it takes a while or some effort to schedule a job, I would highly recommend you use them because when the work is done you won't be disappointed.
