Nick was great! Respectful, explained everything, honest. He was also very patient with my 3 overbearing dogs! Very appreciative of the great customer service we received.
Henry did a good job. After completing the inspection we had a lot of questions regarding replacing our furnace when the time comes. He methodically went over different options and really left us with a good understanding of our options. We could not have been happier with his work and his level of knowledge.
This team came out and installed my new furnace. The workers were fast and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. John gave me a reasonable quote and worked with me to select my new thermostat and even helped me get the rebate. I am so happy I chose McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning company!
I've been using service experts for years. They've installed the furnace and an air conditioner and I'm on a maintenance plan with them that allows me to call and have dependable service as I need to. I'm currently preparing my house to be remodeled and wanted to make sure that my duct work was protected. Ryan was terrific during the maintenance call and visit. He was able to consult me in a way that informed me of everything I needed to know.
At every part of the process, McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning was very proactive in communicating. All of the staff we interacted with were very professional, polite, and willing to answer all questions. They did a good job installing a new HVAC system and left the work area neat and clean. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.
This is one of the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I had a suspicion that this is an dishonest place to begin with but decided to go with them anyways because they had the earliest appointment available. A day earlier I had spoken to 2 representatives on 2 separate occasions. One quoted me $125 to come out and look at my A/C unit. The second time, a different agent quoted me $75. Hesitant, but I decided to go with them anyways for reasons explained earlier. It makes more sense the day of the appointment that this place is not a place to do business with. I booked an appointment for someone to arrive from 8-12. Changed my schedule around to accommodate the appointment. When 1 pm rolled around and no one showed up, I gave them a call. The representative from the answering service contacted the manager and told me that I would receive a call back. 2 pm rolled around, I followed up again as I had to go pick up my kids from school at 3:00 pm. This time the representative from the answering service told me that they couldn't send anyone out because they were stuck on a commercial project. I understand that things happens unexpectedly but part of being professional is letting your paying customers know that you will be late or unable to make it. This company did neither. I am a little bit upset but maybe I should be thankful that I dodged a bullet. Will never deal with this company again.
Empire Heating & Air Conditioning crew from helped me in a timely and very professional manner when my furnace urgently needed to be replaced. They quoted me a fair price and took the time to explain everything including how items were installed and their use. The installation was very clean and the turnaround on the order to installation was quick. I would recommend them to anyone.
The lead technician came out to service our electrical generator from McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I asked to observe and he explained things as he performed them. He went above and beyond to help me out and it was both greatly appreciated and extremely professional. I called McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning for an estimate and they showed up in 45 minutes to provide a quote. The quote was great and they were able to do the work on the spot! The team was absolutely fantastic and completed the job with ease. I highly recommend this company for any duct or vent cleaning services. Amazing.
Amazing customer service, technicians and all around knowledge of our systems.
