I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Matt H with Maximum Heating & AC Repair. I was in a state of almost panic when Matt arrived, but he assured me he had everything under control. In a little under two hours he drug my old water heater from the basement, installed a new one and quickly assisted me with advice on another project. Very personable, understanding, and can tell has a passion for what he does. Would recommend Maximum Heating & AC Repair. 10/10 Thanks Matt.

This is a scam! They charge 99$ to visit your house and not do anything. Don't fall for it!

We called Maximum Heating & AC Repair on a Monday, and received our new unit the next day. TOA and Marcus, who installed the new unit, were not only professional and personal, they went over and above to guarantee a smooth transition in a basement, that held our old unit – not the easiest location for installation, yet they made it seem flawless. They took time to answer all questions and their craftsmanship was second to none, never overlooking even the smallest of details. Five stars hands down!

I had three new Trane units installed by Maximum Heating & AC Repair. They did a great job! I had a minor repair on one unit 6 months later in the heat of the summer. Came out the next next day at no charge. Great customer service!

He was a very positive experience for there was a lot of pre-appointment communication and even day of communication. I knew who is going to show up and win. My technician showed up in a timely and professional manner. We have worked together before so I was like greeting family. After a brief introductory conversation, he went right to work like clockwork. He knew exactly where to go what to do and accomplished it in a very effective and efficient professional manner. He then concluded his work giving me some professional advice on the condition of my investment and equipment. I advise he might be selling the house in about a year and that I will keep the warranty on the equipment so the new owner has a great high-performing heat pump and air conditioner serviced by a great professional and technicians. We concluded wishing each other holiday greetings and said we would catch up again in March or April of this next coming year for air-conditioning start up. Also he advised that I change the filter and advise the type that I can get at Home Depot for a lot less money than what I used to buy. So not only is my heat pump air conditioner working great I’m also saving money by getting great advice

Anil and his team did a great job throughout the process of replacing our old, tired heating/air conditioning system. He walked us through the various options and associated costs/discounts. The upgraded installation proceeded as promised, and the units have performed flawlessly since. Strongly recommended!

Very polite and competent staff. They were able to get me an appointment on the same day that I called. The technician who came out was on time, very friendly & courteous, and was even nice to my monster dogs who wouldn't leave him alone! He fixed the issue for about $200 total, gave everything else a once over to give me a heads-up on anything that might come up in the future (without trying to upsell me things I didn't need), and was in and out in about an hour. This was the second time I've used Maximum Heating & AC Repair and after trying someone else in between visits, I will definitely be sticking with them from now on!

After calling around, Maximum Heating & AC Repair was the only company not pushed a month out. I didnt have to go through an annoying recording to book an appointment either, right to a person who scheduled it with no hassle. Anthony came out two days later. He called early and even came earlier than our appointment block time which I loved! He was quick, clear, and made sure we understood how things worked. Friendly too. My heating system needed repair and after doing much research I decided to replace both my heating and air conditioning units. I had several name brand and unknown representatives give me quotes and write ups on what they would do. The experience was excellent. Technician called prior to arriving letting us know he was on his way. He arrived at the appointment time, maybe a little sooner. He was very professional as well as friendly and helpful. If I had any questions about what he was doing he was very willing to answer them. Very pleased with this experience and will call them again if any issues arise with my HVAC system.

We needed our furnace fixed as it suddenly stopped working. The tech who came onsite was fast, courteous and efficient as he need to replace the blower motor and was able to do that on his first visit. Would recommend.
