Mark's Heating & AC Repair provided excellent consultation. He came on time after providing updates on his whereabouts. Was wearing a mask. Did his analysis and gave us options. Did not try to sell anything. I was impressed. He did not charge us. That's unheard of. For all my HVAC work, I will consult him.

I have been using Mark’s Heating & AC Repair for over 20 years and they are extremely responsive and reliable. Technician came the day I called when my well tank was leaking all over the basement floor. They dealt with my frustration in an extremely professional and caring manner (and believe me, I am not easy to deal with). My problem was corrected, and they went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend their services!

I was very pleased with the work from Mark’s Heating & AC Repair technician did at my house! He replaced my old electrical water heater tank with a new high efficiency gas operated unit. He and his assistant were on time, professional, very diligent in keeping the place clean, very clear in his explanation on how the job was going to be done. Also, he was very patient and answered all my questions. Mark’s Heating & AC Repair team were also very respectful and mindful of anti-COVID procedures and always kept their mask on during their visit and kept safe distance when communicating with me. It was really great to deal with them and overall with this company! I highly recommend Mark’s Heating & AC Repair!

Installed a new AC Unit and got a great price from Mark’s Heating & AC Repair. They were great to deal with, took their time and answered all my questions, including follow up question no matter what time of the day it was. The Installers were punctual, called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Fast service as well – I called on Tuesday to place my order and had the unit installed on Thursday. The installers even came back the day when there was a problem with my thermostat (not to unit). Great experience overall!
Excellent customer service. Recommended just the right kind of Air conditioning unit we would need. Very competitive in pricing. The installers did a very good job & even a little bit extra. There was no mess left behind. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for heating or air conditioning.
Mark’s Heating & AC Repair technician showed up same day I called for a quote and to go over my options. He was genuine and honest. Did not try to push for a hard sell. Took his time to explain everything with me. The installers showed up on time, were polite and efficient. They left after testing and going over everything with me. Everything was clean and old units were removed.

Our AC broke and received two quotes. One company was very high priced but Mark’s Heating & AC Repair was much more reasonable. Not only do they offer fair rates they were also very knowledgeable and helpful to make the right decision for our needs.
