Today, I hired LA Duct Cleaning to clean my ducts. I purchased a new dryer, and after installing it, we received an error message. The store's tech said it was because of the dryer vent. So we finally got in today, and it works.

The guys came when I couldn't because of another commitment. They identified the issue quickly, quoted me a reasonable fee, and completed the job in an hour. We live in a duplex and the tenant in the bottom unit started to get a foul smell coming from their vents. I contacted LA Duct Cleaning to try to resolve it. They cleaned and sanitized the vents. The smell seemed to go away but it came back several days later. So I called the company and they returned. They went into the crawl space and were able to find the source. Because of the rain, rats nested in some loose insulation and chewed a small hole in a vent. The smell came from the urine and droppings. They cleaned it up and patched the hole. The smell was gone. I was very pleased with their service so I hired them to clean the ducts in our upstairs unit. For me, having a company that guarantees their work is important. That's the case with the smell, so we had a good experience with the company. Our technician was Johnny. I requested him each subsequent time because he was very helpful and very attentive to our needs. He did a good job.
