I have worked with Jessi at Grand Heating & AC on my new construction and remodeling projects. Wouldn't use anyone else. Important clients are well serviced and rest easy with his companies installations.
If you see one of their vans on the road steer as clear as possible. If they can't drive a car, definitely can't fix an AC.

Professional, courteous and considerate in terms of noise. He had to crawl underneath the house for part of the repair, so he got a little dusty with dirt then had to come back inside to reassemble the heating unit but not a problem at all because he even cleaned the dirt he trailed in. Very considerate and fixed the heating problem. A++ rating, great company!

Good and fast service
The service rep arrived at my home very early as scheduled and performed the needed service to my HVAC in a prompt and efficient manner. The cost was as estimated prior to the service. Overall, everything was spectacular and cannot hesitate to recommend!!
I highly recommend them. Out of three bids they came in the lowest. Nothing was lost in the quality of what they sold us or the service provided. They practice what they preach in service including follow-up. A bunch of friendly people to work with. Tech explained everything in a way that a customer can understand and not be a tech expert.
I was contracted to do the electrical on a 4unit building and needed someone to handle the issues with ac units. Service tech was very punctual and took care of units that were accessible. 2nd visit same tech on time and very professional with tenants. Afterwards, he explained the scope of work and definitely corrected the issues. A bonus.. . woman who handles the calls in office, does a very nice job coordinating eta of tech. Good team over at that company. Will keep recommending Grand Heating and Air..
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. I scheduled a furnace tune up and had a great experience. They were all very knowledgeable, explained everything they were working on to me and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend them.
Our heat went off last weekend and the house was very cold. Grand Heating & Air Conditioning response was swift, sent their emergency team within minutes to check on our unit. They were well informed and very thorough in their work. They were also good in communication throughout the process! I highly recommend them!!
Great experience. I was surprised that they were able to fit me in the same day as it wasn't an emergency. The technician was polite, professional and fixed my cooling system problem after hours. I would not hesitate to call them for future needs.
Helpful technicians. Got the repair done on time and under their budget estimate. Only caveat - their “emergency line” is just their normal phone number. Leaves you high and dry if you have a problem outside business hours. Not essential but a little disingenuous that they advertise it as an emergency number on their website.
The place to call for very high end installation. You have a 10 million dollar home project. This is the guy.
