I'll likely be replacing my AC and heating unit soon here based on staff's advice since it's a couple decades old and close to failure. We went through the options and pricepoints and staff outlined an excellent solution that would be two speed, more efficient, and quieter. Never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need, didn't try to sell me on a super high cost, high SEER unit that wouldn't make sense for the house.
I have had an excellent experience with Fresh Climate Air & Heating Repair so far. I reached out on a Sunday, and staff was here on Monday. Pretty solid response for a California summer. staff was polite, professional, and was able to quickly diagnose that we had a wiring issue between our panel and AC unit. He was able to find right where the issue was and addressed it on the initial service call. I'm interested in what's going on as well, and staff filled me in along the way.
Professional, experienced, responsive, very reasonable price and great workers. Home visit was scheduled promptly. Their senior technician went over all options and gave me the best recommendations(much better than Costco's rep). I decided to replace a 18 year unit and they were kind to come out Saturday to install it. Old unit was removed, new furnace area was wrapped (very nicely) and new units in place. They went above and beyond to do it right, clean and efficient. The owner John is a very reasonable person. Their technical crew did a wonderful job. My wife was happy for once. I %100 recommend these guys. You'll be happy you picked them.

OMG these guys are wonderful. I went back and forth with my insurance due to AC not blowing cool air and kept getting charged for their visit. Finally I decided to go with a local contractors. Had multiple contractors visiting. At the end I went with Fresh Climate Air & Heating Repair since they had a better price, being licensed, having insurance for incidentals and offered warranty on labor. They schedule the job same week, showed up right on time and fixed the issue. AC is working great now. They left my place as clean as it was. They fixed and replaced couple of vents with no extra charge as well.

Awesome experience. AC stopped blowing cold air randomly one evening and I was able to connect with John that night. Scheduled an appointment and they came out the next day! They caught something the company who installed the ducts should have caught! They fixed the main issue and also fixed some electrical wiring that was done incorrectly too. During the whole time they told me what the issue was, what the reasoning was on what they were doing and why the need. It was like an AC lesson and fix in one. I wish I had found them sooner when we originally bought and had duct work done! Wish every company operated this way.
