Our 13 year old heat pump stopped working. The Thermal Expander Valve (TXV) was malfunctioning & the coolant was low. On Time AC and Heating Repair responded within several hours & came over to give us an estimate for repairs. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly & competent. He made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately due to the emergent nature of the needed repairs (heat wave) he was unable to meet our tight schedule. We could not use him this time but certainly will not hesitate to use him in the future.

On Time AC and Heating Repair put in my new air conditioner and furnace. He got it done exactly when he said he would. It looks and works great. He spent extra time showing me how to work my new Nest thermometer. He discussed the various options I had including the pros and cons. He is very professional. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.
After a recent power outage during a storm, our furnace stopped working once the power was restored. Unfortunately, it was the day before Thanksgiving and the temperatures had dropped quite a bit, so our house was very cold. Because of the holiday, nobody was available for several days. We called On Time AC and Heating Repair and he came out right after the holiday and was able to fix the heater in just a few seconds. Once it was fixed, we continued to have some issues over the next couple of days. Each time something happened I called On Time AC and Heating Repair and he patiently walked me through a few steps, and each time he got the heater working again. He also called back to just check to see how things were going. Apparently, the older furnace we have can get touchy after power outages and he knew exactly what to do each time. He is responsive and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure everything is working, even when he's not on the clock. I highly recommend him!
On Time AC and Heating Repair was great! Came out right away, very professional, helpful, and reasonable. Really seems to know what he is doing. I'll definitely call him next time something goes wrong with the a/c or furnace.
On Time AC and Heating Repair showed up 30 min before the appointment (of course he checked if it's OK). He was pretty quick and accurate to figure out the Capacitor problem with the furnace fan and replaced it. Then, he made sure that A/C temperature is OK, and checked outdoor units. He explained me exactly what's going on, what are the options and costs honestly. I'm very impressed with his professionalism. He has earned my business for the future.

He did not try to upsell me or withhold information to make a larger profit. The Lennox system his team installed is the highest rated home HVAC system on the market. The work was done professionally and with care. All members of the team were neat, courteous, professional and skilled. The removal of the old system, from our attic, and installation of the new system was done in a way that did not create any issues with dirt or debris in our home or outside where some of the work was performed. On Time AC and Heating Repair returned to our home three times to ensure that the system was working properly. I have a great deal of confidence in the workmanship and quality of the the entire job. On Time AC and Heating Repair is an expert in repairing heaters. He responded quickly when we had no heat, was honest and reasonably priced. He is punctual and neat. He doesn't try to sell you a new heater, instead, he works to repair and maintain what you have. He's does our regular service and maintenance - we won't call anyone else.
My AC went out on a Friday afternoon. I called Comfort Choice Heater Repair and he called me back quickly. Agreed to come out on Saturday and take a look, and he was prompt and on time. After diagnosing the problem and giving me a variety of recommendations how to fix, the wife and i decided to replace. He gave me quote and brought his people out on Tuesday to install. The job looks great, and they were very clean. Comfort Choice Heater Repair is a friendly guy and trustworthy. He will explain everything he has to do, and consult with you prior to doing. I am 100% happy with the service.
Amazing service. I was having a problem with my AC tripping the circuit breaker. The company I hired previously couldn't figure out what the problem was but suggested I get a hard start kit for the compressor (needless to say their pricing was a little on the high side). So I started searching for a second opinion and found On Time AC and Heating Repair at On Time AC and Heating Repair. On Time AC and Heating Repair was extremely professional and courteous on the phone. He patiently listened to my problems and came out the next day. I was quite impressed with his methodical process of identifying the problem; as he went straight to the breaker box and found the culprit...a couple of loose wires! My previous technician never thought of looking at this and insisted that I get a hard start kit. Just to be safe On Time AC and Heating Repair ran some tests on the unit and did not find any problems; he even suggested I did not need a hard start kit! Unlike other companies trying to up sell you with unnecessary products and services, On Time AC and Heating Repair was very honest and straight forward with his suggestions. I ended up installing a hard start kit anyway and On Time AC and Heating Repair delivered! Did I mention he did this for half of the cost of the quote I got from my previous tech? I truly appreciate his experience and expertise! I think I have found my ""go to"" HVAC company! Thank you On Time AC and Heating Repair!!"
As I was closing escrow on the sale of my house this week, I needed Art to come quick to fix the air-conditioner. He came the next day, and even came earlier when his schedule cleared sooner than expected. He was prompt, thorough and had my AC up and running in no time at all. He pricing was fair, and he gave excellent service.
am sooo very happy that Art came out to diagnose why my AC unit was not pumping out the cool stuff. I'm dealing with a nasty heat wave and to not have AC well...it sucks. Art was able to come out earlier than my time slot so EXTRA KUDOS . Art was patient and thorough in explaining the issue my ancient unit was going through. I will need to upgrade this system (1978) and plan on giving Art the business. Art was very thoughtful in asking if he needed to put booties on, that was awesome that he was so considerate. I unfortunately have had to deal with jerks in the past when it came to home repairs, I believe my luck has changed Thank You Art

Youhan came to our home as scheduled and was very helpful and friendly. He discussed the situation with us and explained what he was doing as he serviced our furnace. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. My wife and I strongly recommend this company to everyone. We will certainly call them again when we need service for our furnace or air conditioner. My AC went out on one of the hottest in San Jose. On Time AC and Heating Repair was referred to my by my co-worker. He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule the same day. He was very personable and diagnosed and fixed it in no time flat. He explained it well, and even though my AC is old and about to die, he wasn't pushy in trying to get me to replace it. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Great service
Had a good experience this week with an HVAC repair company this week - On Time AC and Heating Repair. My AC stopped working Sunday night. Called Comfort Choice Heater Repair Monday and set appointment for Wednesday. Comfort Choice Heater Repair called Wednesday and was able to come early to diagnosis problem. Had a damaged circuit board. Comfort Choice Heater Repair said he would try and get part by weekend and gave me a cost estimate. Called back same day and was able to get part and came back Wednesday afternoon to make repair. Art explained everything he did and showed me where the circuit board had failed. Very professional and gave one year warranty on parts and labor. Highly recommend.
