They don't call you back promised shampoo, cleaning items for house and body wash I have called and no response and they are not giving me a written contract

They came to install my system. Even though I wanted it on the side of my house they did it. No questions asked they cleaned up after themselves. They made sure that my system was installed properly and it looked good. The salesman was friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with the results I would recommend this company to anyone

They came to my house saying they'd install a tankless water heater saying it's part of the water and power. My uncle thought that we were only going to be paying 150 a month and then when he left and I was left alone with my grandmother then they mention a loan. Do not let the door to door people trick you into a 17000 loan especially if you or your family memeber is elderly. They spouted a lie about chemicals being in the water system and calcium in the tank. When we called clark to come back and asked for help with canceling the contract he kinda brushed it and said he could cancel on his part we could as well. When I asked about a number to call he just said it was in the email and left miffed because he lost his commision. Called the number and it wasn't correct. Don't believe the lies the door to door say.

The reps Khadija and Chady were very helpful they made the whole process so quick and efficient. There's 9 people living in our home spending lots of money with there help we not only have cleaner water but we are also saving $400 a month with all the upgrades. Ricky installed my ro system was knowledgeable nice and very fast. Thank you , California Efficiency Group! Would definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Horrible customer service Big very big liars lie about what you get in your package. Lied about the whole house having pure water. That didn't happen would not refer them to my worst. Don't believe the hype. Shut your door soon as they come to..

Some guy just came to my home saying he was sent by the city…It’s a SCAM they don’t work for the city and they weren’t just testing the water for contaminants lol. If this is the tactics they use then don’t trust them.

They DO NOT return phone calls. Soft water system does not work. In fact it’s HARD WATER!!! I know the difference! RETURN PHONE CALLS AND REPAIR THIS PROBLEM! I will be contacting BBB and The City of Pico Rivera. No Integrity!
