Awesome experience and courteous staff.
Condenser was not working, i called C& T and Mike came the next day and condenser is now working. The only thing wrong is to replace batteries in thermostat.
This is the 2nd time we have used this company. Mike Constantine is great: knowledgeable, professional, direct and honest. His technicians, Chris and Carlos, did their work professionally, were friendly and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. The office manager, also friendly and professional, was helpful and patient in guiding me through the online process of registering their certificate of insurance with our condominium management company and online payment. I highly recommend this company!

My air conditioner is not functioning. I called over a week ago and was told the first available appointment to check it out was yesterday. They never showed up. I called and left a message mid-day and heard nothing in response. Disappointing when I had been waiting over a week.
This company was great. They were clear and up front about the equipment being used and the pricing. The installers were well informed and more that willing to answer all my questions. They did a great job cleaning up, too. The men were friendly and I was very comfortable having them in my home.
C&T/Mike were great! Got our heater up and running quickly and such a pleasure having heat again. We have called on Mike a number of times over the years and he has been great each time. I highly recommend C&T Service for heater and furnace problems!
My moms old heater pilot wouldn't stay lit after the gas had to be briefly be shut off. I came across a great review about C & T that stated they know how to fix old systems and don't try to get customer's to buy new ones. I called, the appointment was 3 days out. The tech ended up being the owner Mike who showed up on-time, had the parts in his truck and fixed the heater. The price was fair and the heater is up and working again. It is so nice to have found such a great company! Thank you.
C&T service absolutely great. I had an air conditioning repair issue in the middle of this months heat wave. They came out promptly, didn’t try to upsell me and the AC repair was done. Would highly recommend
The serviceman came to my house and fixed it. It was so minor that he didn't charge me - it took less than five minutes. Both he and the office staff (Stephanie) were highly personable.
They came out to my parents house on very short notice. their tech came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what we need to do to fix the problem. pure gentleman, They will defiantly be the company i call in the future problems with our gravity furnace
My wall gravity heater stopped working on New Years Day. I called Mike, and he happily walked me through the process of relighting the pilot light over the phone (which I was clueless how to do). Who else would have done that over the phone, on New Years Day, no less? I've never heard of such great service. Go to these guys for your HVAC needs, they're the best!
very nice and a true professional, good people who know their stuff, 4 techs from 3 other companies wrote bids for 7500 to fix the problem that C & T Service solved in 10 minutes, Thanks Mike I will defiantly be calling you guys in the future.

Mike is such a nice guy he came out and gave me a free estimate on my moms ac unit, gave me the best quote of the several I got, answered my questions very promptly and hide nothing from me and fixed the issue in a flash and was i was done, really a painless process I recommended them very highly, Thanks Mike
I called 6 companies and got a lot of runaround - then I spoke with Mike at C & T. He was pleasant and professional, arranged a time for inspection and was very workable.
