Fabio was cordial, but after looking around said he wasn't interested in giving us an estimate for any work. He said any HVAC work was way out of our stated $10k budget (“at least double” he said). Even a simple mini split heat pump system.
Our technician was Juan Molina and he was very thorough. We had some damage in our ducting and he took pictures and explained everything. Great Service!

Enmity is extremely professional. He completed the work and walked us through the issue with our coil. He immediately called a team member to have that technician come to our house to give us options on next steps and answered all of our questions. The entire experience with Emmith and BP has been easy. I highly recommend Emmith (11/10) and BP!

I work at a dog daycare and we had an unexpected problem with the AC deciding to stop functioning. Given that we work with animals, I only had a couple days to fix the problem. Everyone at Brody was so helpful and understanding of my situation! I just had a technician, Shawn F., come to our location to fix the air conditioning to save our summer season. Shawn was very helpful and walked me through the problems so I could understand. He came and went within 1.5 hours - very efficient and swift process. I most definitely will be continuing to use their services for their swiftness & the incredible customer service of their technicians. Thank you Shawn!!
Seems like a pretty common HVAC scam, come to your house tell you your hvac unit is broken, it needs replacing because it’s old, quote you a replacement, tell you the quote is only valid for today. Technician tells us the condenser is broken because it’s a 20 year old unit, it didn’t feel right because the unit looked so new so I told the Brody tech I’d think about it after they quoted a $7800 replacement fee for a 4 ton Goodman unit. So I called another company who came out in the afternoon, they said looks like your filter is dirty lemme get my chemical cleaner to clean it and btw says here (shows the info plate on the unit) looks like your unit is 7 years old manufactured in 2016. $300 later for the chemical clean working like new, blowing 58 degree cold air. SHAME on you Brody, SHAME on you.
They arrived when they said they would. Great and friendly communication. Octavio worked on our air condition. He was extremely helpful and explained everything. He was also very nice. Definitely recommend.

We recently experienced a broken A/C unit that is less than 3 years old and immediately called around for help. Brody was the only company available to come out on the same day, despite it being the 4th of July holiday weekend. The technician, Marco Ayala, promptly arrived and expertly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We also wanted to explore the possibility of purchasing a new A/C unit, so Ashton Krahenbuhl visited our house. Ashton provided us with excellent advice and valuable information. Both Marco and Ashton patiently explained the technicalities in layman's terms, which we deeply appreciated. We were thrilled to have them both and would gladly welcome them into our home again. Additionally, we have joined the Brody Comfort Club and are happy to be a part of it!

Marco was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and showed me in detail what was wrong with my AC system. He was available for a phone call after and helped arrange an appointment for a new system. Mine was over 20 years old.
I called these guys at 10:30pm on the July 4th holiday weekend and they got a guy out here by 8am the next day. Juan Molina, our technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. They were able to schedule replacement of our unit for the very next day. I highly recommend them!!
