Mike C and Max installed a new (replacement) water heater and did a terrific job. When you are having something as central to your house as a water heater installed, you really want to feel confident that the person doing the job has deep expertise and also the ingenuity to do everything in a way that anticipates future issues that could arise if the work were simply done well enough. Mike definitely knows his stuff and is exactly the person you want working on your house for a key job like this. Thanks for doing a solid, clean and efficient job. Highly recommended!
Chris was our service guy ,he did an excellent Job! We been struggling with half our house without much air flow . Currently the issue has been fixed our kids are happy and the rooms are much cooler. This is the third company we used that finally fixed the issue.

We purchased a TRANE 19 Seer 5-ton XV19 Low Profile variable capacity split heat pump system. Robert was the salesman that came to our home and gave us a bid on what we wanted done. He walked the house and elevated our needs. He was able to e-mail us a bid that we thought was a fair price. We agreed and he came back to our house with a technician and they measured and laid out a plan that would serve our needs. They were very precise and let us know where everything would go. We wanted the whole old system removed and a whole new system and duct work replaced. We feel that our needs were met and that we indeed have a NEW and UPDATED system throughout our home. There have been a couple of times we had to have them come back to check on a problem here or there. Other than a couple of communication problems the problems were taken care of and resolved right away. So far we love the system. It heats the house up great and is so quiet you don't even know it is on. It hasn't been hot enough for us to really test the cooling. Best Choice Heating & AC Repair have been wonderful to work with. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Ray was absolutely fantastic! Extremely thorough, very kind and absolutely professional through and through! He explained what he was doing every step of the way and gave me personal tips and tricks to help prevent the tub back up in the future! This was our second time having Ray be our maintenance technician and he has been absolutely incredible both times and ALWAYS get to the bottom of any issue. I called to have someone come out and fix my AC. Within the hour Zach, the technician, was there to check it out. He diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly. He was friendly and very efficient. I would definitely use Best Choice Heating & AC Repair again. Excellent service!
Best Choice Heating & AC Repair is absolutely a great and affordable AC repair business to use. Specifically Kyle who was our repair technician was great. He had such great customer service and and was very efficient on finding out the problem with my mothers AC unit that was not working and the house was over 90 degrees! He quickly found the issue and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Also gave us tips to prevent in the future and was really trying to help us for the future. Again a very great company who is responsive and efficient. We found this company and chose them based on the reviews posted on The Web. They were Amazing! From the girl who initially took our call to Anthony the AC Tech who came to service our AC unit. Excellent costumer service. Came to our need with a quick response time. Anthony was thorough with diagnosing our problem, polite and respectful. And, we were charged a very fair price. Awesome experience. I had a different company (Semper Fi) tell me I needed a new unit and my current unit was needing over $3,000 of work. I brought out Best Choice Heating & AC Repair and turned out everything was good and just needed a bit of coolant. Saved me a ton of money. Great service and technician who knew his stuff. From the quote to the install, everything was smooth and there were no surprises. We got a great price (we checked with a couple other companies) and it included the install as well as fixing everything they had to move to do the install like the entrance to the attic. He informed me of his arrival time, arrived on time, was polite, did not damage or make a mess in my house, told me about the age and condition of my AC system, and charged a great price. I had Best Choice Heating & AC Repair install my new air conditioning unit awhile back but had just completed a home renovation removing the acoustic ceiling and unknowing to me the dust and debris created an issue with the unit creating the need to deep clean it so it will run optimally. Quick response. Initial impression very positive, but the longer I worked with the salesman the more I felt like I was dealing with an auto dealership in terms of sales tactics. Install team did not honor salesman timeline. Bottom line, after the dotted line was signed I felt like just one smaller customer in a big company. A smaller, more local provider called after I had signed with Best Choice Heating & AC Repair and actually quoted a better price, but I do not renege. I will never know, but I feel like I would have been happier elsewhere.
