Update: Belle Air Services initially had trouble getting our AC service appt scheduled, but when the issue arose they more than made up for it. Robert came out on short notice and gave us a thorough review of our system and gave what felt like a really credible assessment of the air flow issues we were facing. We are planning to work with them to get these resolved and they seem like they will do great work.
We got a complete heating and air conditioning system (heat pump) from Belle Air. The installers, Brian, Jorge, and a third whose name I don't remember did a great job getting the system installed, including somehow getting the unit up into our attic. The installers used drop cloths throughout the house, and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. They were here for two days and were here right on time both days. The price was reasonable, based on the four estimates we got. Zach, the estimator, was very helpful and informative explaining the system and various alternatives. Robert, who oversaw the installation, came by a couple days before installation to go over just where we wanted registers (vents) and answered any questions. He was here when the work was started and again after it was all finished. Overall we were very satisfied with the system, the price, and the professionalism of everyone involved. We highly recommend Belle Air.
Robert and Zack were professional, knowledgeable and provided a seamless experience through out the whole process. I would definitely recommend Belle Air Services for all your HVAC needs.
Bell Air performed the yearly maintenance on our heat pump. Their service agent Amir Jomaa was excellent and professional and we are very happy with Bell Air and would recommend this company.

We bought a mini split from this company a few years ago. A few months ago it was leaking so we called them to service the unit. Everything else was working fine, it was just leaking. Well, after the service the unit didn't work! So they came back and it seemed ok. Fast forward a few months later it's leaking again but worse. Not only did they want to charge us for the service call but they couldn't find a spot on their schedule for us for 2 weeks! Not sure how they are so busy when the service is so bad.
I had a very good experience when working with them. Nick K., Robert B. and the techs who did the installation were very professional and knowledgeable. Deisy was also very helpful and patient when setting up and scheduling the project. They can definitely work with HOA's, if needed. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them!
Though we did not use the Belle Air for our AC system this time, I would like to praise Scott Ames for his good work. He came out to our house consulting for the mini split ac system that they offer. He was on time, courteous, detailed and respond to all my questions quickly and professionally. If anyone is considering AC system, contact Scott and he and his office will answer to all your questions.
Belle Air did a great job for me and I highly recommend them.Very professional and carried themselves as honest and responsive…and gave me good advice. Their technicians are trained mechanics and did what they said they would do.We put in an electric heat pump and it was a big job…but it turned out great.Not the cheapest but definitely the best. After shopping around we found Belle Air which offered a lot more than the others close in price but also helped us navigate getting a rebate of almost 20%. They were fast and pro - removing my whole old system and putting in a top of the line new system in 2 days to my wife’s demanding level of perfection. The financing they offer was also smooth and better than others we had checked. All in all I would recommend them to everyone - there was zero problems and they are honest and affordable - actual service with a smile type of business.
I contacted 10 companies through yelp, five came out and gave me estimates, Belle Air Services was one of them. They were not the cheapest (neither were they the most expensive!) but Zach really listened to what I was interested in, gave me informative answers and great suggestions. I got three estimates from them for 3 different styles of system in different price ranges, all very well explained as far as the pros and cons. Once I had made my decision, Robert came out to do the walk through, take notes and photographs and make sure he had a clear picture of what the crew was doing. At all stages I got text messages and emails with pictures showing who would be showing up (a security precaution I really appreciated!). The crew came to install and did it very efficiently with a minimum of mess (the house was swathed in plastic) and the small amount of dust created was tidied up at the end of the day as if they had never been... the crew was careful to ask before making any changes to the plan (which they had access to via an ipad with all the information). No plan survives contact with the ancient house, and there were a few uncooperative beams which made moving vents a little left or right a better choice, all of which was double checked with me first, which I greatly appreciated. So now I have a beautiful new HVAC system in my 100 year old house, and the ugly wall heater that was my only source of heat has been removed AND will I be getting $1000 back in a clean air rebate that Belle Air Services is taking care of for me. All in all, they have been such a pleasure to work with. Courteous, knowledgable, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an HVAC company.
Great installation of Daikin Mini Splits in 3 rooms. Great communication and they were happy to do the extra work to install them the way I wanted.
Replaced my furnace with a heat pump, updated duct system to improve airflow. Answered all my questions, arrived as scheduled, very polite, very organized and efficient. Covered furnishings/carpets to limit debris/dust, cleaned everything up before they left and hauled away the old equipment. One of the easiest home updates I’ve ever experienced!!!
What first struck me as different about Belle Air Services' service was their communication. In the world of contractors this is often a pain point, but with Belle Air it's been nothing but a pleasure from day one. Deisy cleary outlined their process and approach from the jump. When Amin arrived on site he performed diagnostics on my system, recorded assets as he went, and reviewed everything with me step by step. Then he prepare three very specific invoices based on what services I wanted performed which was great to see side by side. Excited to work with them more in the future.
Tech that wants to charge $$$7000 for reinstall of new mini split. or $2000 to check for leak and recharge the same freon that he will take out of unit. 1. claims low voltage. he tested wrong electrical terminals to get 160 volt. Manufacture confirms that he tested wrong terminals. Plus, ac unit will not turn on if there isn't 220 volt. 2. claims compressor leak due to outside unit installed not perfectly leveled (1-2 degree off). tech support states not possible/not related. 3. claims liquid lines from inside unit to outside unit installed incorrectly. lines installed with no leaks and kinks. I don't think that is any other way to install. 4. Manufacture's tech support states that adding addition freon might solve icing problem.....technician refused to do so. conslusion: technician wants to charge for un needed work. shameful!!!
Everyone was very professional and thorough. I was given options with explanations that were very understandable. It was very transparent – each person who came. Let me know what they were doing, and why. Each person who came here, as well as, Daisy, on the phone were very personable and helpful. I plan to use them every year to come and inspect my new HVAC system.
Very happy with everything and would highly recommend Belle Air Services. The technician Amin arrived today on time at my home to provide maintenance services to our heating system. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and finished the work in a timely manner. He provided helpful information regarding continued maintenance of the system and answered all of the questions I had asked clearly and concisely. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work today on my heating system and would have no hesitation to recommend him with the highest regard.
Would highly recommend using Belle Air for you HVAC needs. Chose Belle Air after getting quotes from about 6 companies. The job was to remove the old furnace and ducting and replace with a brand new heating and cooling system for our house. We eliminated companies that seemed sketchy/ low quality/ or unlicensed/permitted. From there 3 companies offered slightly different range of options for gas vs. electric heat pump, SEER efficiency, quality brands, 1 vs. 2 stage vs. variable. In the end we chose Belle Air based on their knowledge and experience, cost competitive quote for high efficiency, variable speed heat pumps, and the location they planned to place the outdoor unit. They also were a local company and not an installer for the big box stores which we liked as well. After we accepted their quote, they sent their foreman to inspect the job and plan for their work to start. We got a change order the next day, adding a third day to the job scope due to the size of our house and the long line set required to route to the outdoor unit placement. We argued that since they had full access to inspect the job when they gave our quote and nothing new was uncovered other than the second opinion of the foreman, they agreed to honor the original quote and eat the cost of the third day/ extra workers on their end, which we found to be very fair and respectable, and we really appreciated this. They did an amazing job with the install and the team was professional and hard working. They gained our trust and we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. After 4 months of winter heating, the system has been working great and we’re very happy with the Belle Air and everything they did for us!
We had Belle Air install a heat pump A/C unit at my father-in-laws house. Work and communications were all professional. Duct work was upgraded and will be tested for leaks by a third party and then inspected by the city. I would highly recommend Belle Air if you want a clean permitted installation.
