Heating stopped working Friday night. Oleg came out Saturday morning and quickly fixed the problem. Around the Clock charges were reasonable and did not charge extra for a weekend call.
Sub Zero freezer repair.
Asked them to straighten a duct vent that wasn’t level after they installed HVAC. The guy that came out to fix it forget his ladder and asked to borrow mine……..then needed to borrow a screwdriver………then a level. Really? A few months later when I called about a leak on my barely older than a year system, I was talked over and argued with by their tech, then F bombed when I told him to leave. Stay away, you’ll be better off with anyone.
Around the Clock Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc came out to my house on time. The serviceman installed a free Nest Thermostat provided by DWP and inspected our heating/AC system. Very professional service and on time.
Around the Clock diagnosed an issue that other techs had not been able to give me a clear explanation of. They gave me a couple of options and a fair price for a whole new AC to replace the failing for years one. They arrived on time and had the whole system swapped out neatly and cleanly. Ernie, David and Yonothan were friendly and great to work with even during this heat wave and being up on the roof in the 90+ valley heat. They did everything I asked even a thing I forgot I had asked for early on in the discussions with the sales manager. Special shout out to Jose the crane operator who did what I thought was gonna be impossible. These guys are PROS!
My air conditioning went out last night in the middle of the latest heat wave. I despaired of trying to get someone out in a timely manner. I called Around the Clock this morning and asked if their technician, Leon was available. they had a record of me as a previous customer and gave me a window today of between 11 and 1. Leon showed up at the beginning of the window. I was at my neighbor's when he arrived. My wife called and I ran over to find him just finishing up the repair. Leon is the best, friendly and knowledgeable. These service calls are never inexpensive but the price was fair and the service and professionalism unmatched.
Discovered our AC was not working Saturday night when I couldn't get the temperature down past 80 degrees! Called AtCH&A Sunday morning (one of the only places open on a Sunday) at 9 am. Oleg showed up at 10 am, fixed our issue and was done by 10:45 am - ON A SUNDAY!!!! Oleg was friendly and professional (explained what the issues were). TOTALLY RECOMMEND.
Did a great job recharging my old AC unit with R22.

Thanks for Costco/Lennox team together, you can take an advantage of the trusted name as well as a highly skilled vendor like Around the Clock Heating & Air-conditioning through a vetting process and selected by Costco. The entire Air-conditioning system was quickly replaced by a three-member team (Jonathan and David) led by Ernie.
This company did very good job to removed old Heating system and installed a new Lenox HVAC system in two working days. We had installation technicians Ernie, Jonathan & David who had very well knowledgeable about the job and did very good works on all around this job. I do recommend this company to neighbors who may need a new HVAC system.

Jeff sold, and Ernie and Jonathan replaced our entire heating and air conditioning system yesterday. They did a fabulous job. They were careful to cover our home with drop cloths and left the job neat and clean. Ernie in particular went out of his way to explain everything he was doing and to assure I was satisfied at every step of the job. The installation is very well organized and neater than the system that was replaced. I would definitely recommend them if you need a new HVAC system.
Leon has worked in my apt before reinstalling a new thermostat His recent visit was to inspect my older model gas furnace for co2 exposure. He's very knowledgeable & made good suggestions for vent cleaning of soot, plus the installation of a newer & more efficient source of heat. His charge was modest at $125. At Around the Clock, the employees are helpful & polite. 2 thumbs up definitely!
Our refrigerator was leaking, and we were preparing to leave town. Around the Clock sent a technician that same day. He came within the stated time period, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it with dispatch. Great job -- I highly recommend Around the Clock! A friend recommended the company to me, and her father recommended it to her. I can't wait to recommend Around the Clock to someone else.
The Around the Clock rep was on time, professional and performed good work. I hope I won't need HVAC assistance anytime soon, but if I do I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Expensive and don't stand behind their work. $125 service call is the highest out there----there are plenty other reputable HVAC companies charging only $85-95. They charged me $125, did some diagnostics, when my A/C still didn't work despite following their recommendations they wanted to charge another $125 to come out and re-do the diagnostics. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
