Maintenance is provided for the HVAC filter and exterior units. He greatly assisted me by communicating with the receptionist and scheduling coordinator on my behalf. I must add, however, that I am dissatisfied with having to pay for parts at the time of ordering rather than installation. This issue is significant enough for me to contemplate switching HVAC providers.
